I liked everything about Villa Belvedere! Friendly staff, a hearty breakfast and a beautiful location, although you need a taxi to go to the centre. You need to take a taxi to get to the centre.

Privacy, parking place, family environment, good and rich breakfast. Room needs to have proper desk for working with laptop. Remote control of AC had heavily discharged batteries.

It was a very pleasant experience for us to stay at Villa Belvedere. Very friendly staff, big and clean rooms, good service. If you have a car it's the best option in Belgrade. They have a big, green garden, if you are traveling with your dog, Villa Belvedere is a heaven even for him.

This is an excellent villa with a beautiful garden, large modern rooms, large balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a great relaxing atmosphere. It is vey quiet, being surrounded by greenery, and the views over the city are fantastic. Private parking is also possible on site. Would definitely like to stay here again if we revisit Zemun/ Belgrade. We expected more from the breakfast, but it was ok overall. The carpet of the balcony was not properly glued in some places.

Excelente a todos os níveis. Simpatia, amabilidade e disponibilidade do staff. Muito familiar e confortável, excelente serviço de pequeno almoço/ restauração. Local muito tranquilo, bom para descansar, em zona residencial de Belgrado.

я бы охарактеризовал так: это мой выбор! это не отель, а именно вилла со своим хоть и небольшим двориком, где вы всегда долгожданный гость (вилла строилась хозяевами для себя любимых и только в 2010 году её реконструировали под мини-отель). расположена в квартале частных домов и таких же вилл и поэтому идеальна для путешествующих на машине или не жалеющих денег на такси. всего шесть номеров, которые правильнее было назвать люкс-квартирами - настолько они большие и дорого отделанные. останавливался с семьей два раза, правда проездом из болгарии в австрию и обратно. прекрасные постели, домашний завтрак, идеально работающий интернет, индивидуальный подход к клиенту - это именно то, что лично я (и моя семья) ценим больше всего. никогда особо не хотел "познакомится" с белградом, а теперь очень хочу. а потому обязательно вернусь сюда в этом году, но уже на несколько дней (всех номеров не видел, но полюбим 201-й). молю только об одном: как бы любители "покурить" внутри номеров не испортили это прекрасное место (сам категорически против курения). не люблю жары, а в белграде оба раза было жарко (днем около 33 а может и больше), но кондиционеры есть - просто я не люблю ими пользоваться, предпочитая им открытые окна и балконные двери.

Excellent staff and big rooms. I really felt at home. Nice breakfast, not buffet style but they bring anythink i asked. They do not have restaurant, but you can ask reception to call a pizza house. If you are coming as a tourist, it is little bit far away from old town, but taxis are cheap.

Excellent staff! Very friendly, made me feel comfortable during the stay. Hotel was converted from a nice villa and together with a friendly service it gives you a feeling that you came to friends house rather than to the hotel. Nice view from rooms. Good wifi - works everywhere in hotel at great speeds. Private parking is good and is free. Bathroom felt a little dated and should have a curtain in shower. Hotel is located in quiet district far from main attractions therefore car is a must-no public transport nearby.
