As I arrived a bit late with my flight , I felt worried about my transport arrangements.The professional service from the driver, and friendliness made me feel so welcome in Serbia , at Beograd airport. The staff were all so nice and relaxed which helped me to unwine as a solo visitor and I could really strt to enjoy my holiday inthe Balkan world. The room was lovely, the paintings on the walls were special , breakfast itself was tastefully displayed with a huge table to choose from. The best I liked was the staff who would kindly recommend me to sights and inform me about life and culture of this beautiful city. I had four days and I had a great view from Petravaradin and Fruska gora and the most wonderful visit to Manastir Hobonov . I can only say thank you , Tanja , Sasja , Milos and any other staff who made my stay so welcome.

I love Novi Sad for years now, and this hotel will for sure be again mine and my partners destination again in the future. Accessibility, location, city center, parking, room, staff, price,breakfast, coffee, they have it all! It is our favorite hotel/accommodation on this summer holidays!

We stayed in this Hotel for four nights. The location is absolutely perfect as it fronts onto the main pedestrian plaza in Novi Sad. The staff were also fantastic and spoke good English. They were very helpful to us. Unfortunately, the Hotel was fully booked and we ended up with a small twin room. It was comfortable but basic. The Hotel did offer us a bigger room for some of the nights but we decided to stay in the smaller room and avoid the hassle of switching rooms. The bathroom was very small but manageable for 4 nights. The room did have a mini bar but no tea/coffee facilities. The GPS in our new Citroen did know about Hotel Zenit but it tried to send us into the pedestrian zone. You can either turn right when you come to the pedestrian zone and look out for the sign to the Hotel Zenit 100 metres or so on your left or try putting "Ilije Ognjanovića" into your GPS and then look out for the sign. One more caution if navigating by GPS; our GPS did not know about some new highways close to Novi Sad on the E75 and we ended up having to take a 16km detour towards Belgrade before it was possible to turn around. Watch carefully for the signs to Novi Sad on the E75 and be prepared to disregard the GPS about 6-7km out from the city.

Hotel Zenit is just meters away from city center. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are very nice. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler in Novi Sad.

I didn't like anything. Really. Staff behaviour made my stay a horrible experience. Lady in reception (same serving breakfast) is very unfriendly. She acts like everything is a problem.

I have to say I loved everything there....the hotel is in great location min walk from the old town...hotel room very big and clean also many english channels...i didnt have any breakfast at the hotel so cant comment at that but hotel staff first CLASS...the boys in the reception really great and very helpfull,every1 speak english I would recommend this hotel to every1 its really great...if im ever back to Serbia Novi Sad (im sure I will some day) im gonna stay there!!!!

Hotel w centrum miasta blisko deptaku I kawiarni. łAdnie I czysto. Pokój klimatyzowany odpowiedni na nocleg w czasie podróży. Standard przyzwoity było czystko ale bez luksusów. Klimatyzacja I tv w pokoju. Internet wifi.

Bardzo mały parking na którym nie było miejsca musieliśmy zaparkować poza nim I niestety rano czekał na nas mandat bo hotel znajduje się w strefie gdzie parkowac mogą tylko mieszkańcy lub należy zapłacić w parkomacie.

Lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Wielkość pokoju. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la cordialità e la professionalità dello staff: eccellente è dire poco. La posizione è fantastica e le stanze sono ampie e confortevoli. Straconsigliato!!!!
