La gentilezza e la professionalità del personale. La discreta varietà del cibo della prima colazione. Il servizio pulizia nelle stanze lascia molto a desiderare : un bicchiere in vetro è rimasto sporco per due giorni; gli asciugamani da viso sono stati tolti e non sostituiti per tre giorni; il letto non veniva arieggiato, ma tirato su il piuino e la coperta in fretta e furia........ |

La cordialità dello staff. La disponibilità di connessione internet. Telefonate locali ed internazionali gratuite.Ottimo collegamento bus con il centro città. Ottimo breakfast. L'utilizzo di asciugamani molto usurati. L'impossibilità pratica di controllare il condizionamento termico della stanza. Le ridotte dimensioni della stanza (anche se classificata di lusso) e dello spazio armadio (quello disponibile è adatto per un soggiorno di 2 persone per un tempo non superiore a 2-3 giorni). |

Staff gentile e disponibile, hotel modernissimo, funzionale, arredato con gusto e completo di tutti i servizi che servono, pulizia inpeccabile. Non è proprio centralissimo, ma considerando il costo contenuto dei mezzi pubblici e dei taxi, non è un problema. |

Spacious, ultramodern rooms, cleanlinnes. Very helpfull staff. Free wi-fi or free use of laptop in the lobby. It´s not directly in the city centre, but reachable by tram or trolleybus in 20 minutes |

The hotel is good but not fantastic. The room was clean and all you need could be found. Good parking directly under the hotel. Nice breakfast. The traffic to get out of thge centre and the non-smoking policy throughout the hotel |

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was excellent. Whatever they can do for you they'll try their utmost. The breakfast buffet was top notch too. The rooms have a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I'd definately stay again. The price per night was just a little expensive. Not very competitive in light of other comparitive citys, and of how inexpensive Belgrade actually is. |

the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful; the full English breakfast was excellent. our shower was wonderful except it leaked into the rest of the bathroom. it seems a design flaw rather than faulty equipment |

Breakfast, the gym and the bathroom was great. Room was very modern. Liked the free internet for guests in the lobby. The international calls did not work for 1/2 of our stay. Staff seemed confused and unhelpful while we were trying to get it sorted out. The location could be better although there are lots of buses to take you to the bar and restaurant areas. The bed was hard. |

Staff was very helpful; hotel is new, clean and located 15 minutes walk from the center. Highly recommended. I choose this hotel based on Booking.com rating and they were absolutely correct. |

Nice decoration, good location. They granted us late check-out (2pm), gave us Belgrade map. The airconditioner switched to lower temperature automatically; the cleaning staff made a lot of noise (talking, laughing) in the next room in the morning. |

Zira hotel is an excellent hotel with wonderful facilities and very friendly staff. The hotel is brand new with a super underground parking garage. Attached to the hotel is a shopping mall and a grocery store which was very handy. The weather was very hot plus 35 and it was great to have air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was first class and we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace. I would definately stay at this hotel again. |

It's a modern hotel with friendly staff. We saw beautiful clean rooms on the web site and that is what we found in reality. Breakfast was fantastic. |
