Отличный отель. Лучший из тех, в которых я жил в Белграде.В следующий раз - только сюда. У других отелей постоянные проблемы с "зарезервированной" парковкой, а здесь - место просто навалом. |

Отличный отель, современные номера с интересным дизайном, очень "правильные" кровати (не очень мягкие и не совсем жесткие), хороший ресторан с летней террасой (вечер итальянской кухни был замечателен).Отличная система кондиционирования реально спасла нас в жару )). В смежном здании - большой одноименный торговый центр.Можно купить вкусняшек на вечер)). До центра можно быстро добраться на 27 автобусе (можно и пешком - за полчаса). Кстати, до отеля можно доехать из аэропорта на общественном транспорте - на спец.басе до площади Славии, а оттуда 12 -й трамвай идет прямо к Цире )). Либо - по запросу - вас может встретить такси отеля (за отдельную плату). если коротко - мы бы там еще раз с удовольствием погостили )) |

Неплохое расположение (полчаса пешком от центра). Красивый, современный дизайн. Хороший завтрак, который входил в стоимость номера. Чайник в номере не помешал бы. Желательно предупреждать гостей о том, что между комнатой и ванной - полупрозрачная стена (матовое стекло). |

The hotel is good but not fantastic. The room was clean and all you need could be found. Good parking directly under the hotel. Nice breakfast. The traffic to get out of thge centre and the non-smoking policy throughout the hotel |

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was excellent. Whatever they can do for you they'll try their utmost. The breakfast buffet was top notch too. The rooms have a very pleasant and relaxing ambience. I'd definately stay again. The price per night was just a little expensive. Not very competitive in light of other comparitive citys, and of how inexpensive Belgrade actually is. |

the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful; the full English breakfast was excellent. our shower was wonderful except it leaked into the rest of the bathroom. it seems a design flaw rather than faulty equipment |

Breakfast, the gym and the bathroom was great. Room was very modern. Liked the free internet for guests in the lobby. The international calls did not work for 1/2 of our stay. Staff seemed confused and unhelpful while we were trying to get it sorted out. The location could be better although there are lots of buses to take you to the bar and restaurant areas. The bed was hard. |

Staff was very helpful; hotel is new, clean and located 15 minutes walk from the center. Highly recommended. I choose this hotel based on Booking.com rating and they were absolutely correct. |

Nice decoration, good location. They granted us late check-out (2pm), gave us Belgrade map. The airconditioner switched to lower temperature automatically; the cleaning staff made a lot of noise (talking, laughing) in the next room in the morning. |

Zira hotel is an excellent hotel with wonderful facilities and very friendly staff. The hotel is brand new with a super underground parking garage. Attached to the hotel is a shopping mall and a grocery store which was very handy. The weather was very hot plus 35 and it was great to have air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was first class and we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace. I would definately stay at this hotel again. |

It's a modern hotel with friendly staff. We saw beautiful clean rooms on the web site and that is what we found in reality. Breakfast was fantastic. |

1. Staff were very helpful 2. Shops next door were good. 3. Rooms were clean and comfortable 1. During breakfast the heaters warming the cooked breakfast malfunctioned and as a result my wifes dress was set alight. She was visably shakng after the incident. 2. No one came to ask if she was Ok on the day. The Manager did applogise the following morning and kindly explained the circumstances. The equipment was changed on the following morning. 3. On our final evening there were 28 guests dining in the resteraunt (12 in our group) and 16 in another group. The waiter advised our group that the the chef was too busy and could offer only 4 easy dishes from the menu. Personally the meal itself was good however not all of the group felt that the the reduced menu was acceptable. |
