Отличный отель, современные номера с интересным дизайном, очень "правильные" кровати (не очень мягкие и не совсем жесткие), хороший ресторан с летней террасой (вечер итальянской кухни был замечателен).Отличная система кондиционирования реально спасла нас в жару )). В смежном здании - большой одноименный торговый центр.Можно купить вкусняшек на вечер)). До центра можно быстро добраться на 27 автобусе (можно и пешком - за полчаса). Кстати, до отеля можно доехать из аэропорта на общественном транспорте - на спец.басе до площади Славии, а оттуда 12 -й трамвай идет прямо к Цире )). Либо - по запросу - вас может встретить такси отеля (за отдельную плату). если коротко - мы бы там еще раз с удовольствием погостили )) |

Неплохое расположение (полчаса пешком от центра). Красивый, современный дизайн. Хороший завтрак, который входил в стоимость номера. Чайник в номере не помешал бы. Желательно предупреждать гостей о том, что между комнатой и ванной - полупрозрачная стена (матовое стекло). |

Very friendly staff, modern trendy rooms, gym and good restaurant/breakfast. No hot water making facility in the rooms, so no tea/coffee, but mainly we had a baby who needed hot water for formula during the night - this meant we had to call room service a lot. Hotel was probably slightly too far out of the centre of Belgrade for us as we needed lots of taxis every day. |

the hotel is very clean and has a good position, it also has reasonable rates -very noisy air-conditionin,not ready boiled eggs for breakfast or a sign that you have to do it yourself(???) |

The staff were very helpful, free internet, and an excellent restaurant in the hotel. The room was pretty good. The pillows on the bed were, for me, too thick/firm and made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. There was a limited selection of online movies to choose from and it would have been good to have a broader selection of more recent films. |

Suff is really friendly and helpfull. Reacted immediately to small problems even without asking. Internet site tells about shuttle form airport. Call the day before to have this organised since there is not really a shuttle. |

The design of the room was very nice, buffet breakfast was good, parking was free and seemed very safe, staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room wasn't something to write home about and the relax center was never open when we needed it. Room service food was average and the menu was outdated. |

The maid service was totally unacceptable. Expendable supplies (shampoo, bathing foam, tissues) were not replaced, pizamas were left unfolded, shirts left for cleaning in the (within the bag supplied from the Hotel and with the appropriate document filled out) were found in the same place (not picked up) in the afternoon. |

The staff is very friendly, the position is easy to find (coming from highway). the rooms are big enough, new and very clean. The quality of the restaurant is not at same level of the hotel. It should be improved. |

Me and my girlfriend had wonderful time. Staff is very helpful and you can feel the balance in very comfort rooms. We will come again. There is no other choice in Beograd! |
