large room, reception staff very helpful, great value for money. Not the best location but taxis are cheap and fast.

There was a window frame hole in my room, and had to change it (and have arrived 1 am, was really tired), so lost some time on sorting it out. But the staff was really helpfull in this.

The staff was extremely professional, polite and yet reserved. Ms Snezana from the Reception was exceptionally efficient and polite. Excellent gym equipment and service; hotel staff available and pleasant to interact with but not too present ( a bonus for being reserved). Room clean, great buffet breaksast excellent idea to include dinner buffet in price- delicious too. Would and will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues. Very helpful and attentive staff, breakfast is great and dinner - which is definitely very good - was included in the price. The garage is just underneath the hotel.

Staff friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffets were large, varied and delicious. Wireless internet worked in entire hotel. Fitness room well equiped and pleasant with view to the street.

No proper desk or table to work at in room.

The hotel is new and fresh. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Great breakfast and half-board dinner food menu. Super comfortable bed. I have tried 5 hotels so far in Belgrade (some of them have 5 stars), but this is by far the best if you like clean and comfy places.

Everything! But most especially the desk staff! They were so helpful! I am moving to Belgrade and I learned so much from them in my short two day stay!

A little far from pedestrian area of the city, rooms with view on the street should be less quiete than others , the international calls were included in the price of the room (very good) but the problem is that the connection was very bad and impossible to use...

Excellent, friendly staff, very comfortable bed (mine seemed to be a latex mattress), the bar and outdoor area are also very nice. The shower and bathroom fittings are excellent. Breakfast was very nice but at 10:15 (still 15 minutes before the end) there is a bit of a shortage of cooked food, especially bacon. The WiFi worked well in most areas.

It's a bit difficult to get into your room for the first time as the corridors are so dark! However once you've figured out that it's a card proximity reader it is easy. The bar closes at 1am which is too early. Residents should be able to keep a bar open later in a hotel of this calibre. It seemed quite expensive, but I booked quite late and the price I paid was more than others who had booked earlier.

Quiet and relaxing place where you can pull away and enjoy a glass of wine and have a good rest over the night. you couldn't expect nothing more from a 4* business hotel.

As a good thing they offer meal vouchers for dinner in the room price, although the entry dish(salad) was delicious I was expecting more diversity to the main dish. However there was plenty of salad and sweets :)
