Hotel Zlatibor Mona  

The best asset of the hotel is personnel. They are professional, kind and courteous, Very sincere and true in their wish to make you feel welcomed. I couldn't find one that was unpolite or inpatient. They make you feel special.

Could've had bathrobes in rooms.

I did not like the spa and the same organization. Jacuzzi is charged separately which is incorrect.

The extensive and daily changing buffet. The spa facility and especially the swimming pool. The artwork on display. Service of staff in dining room. The management of the building works

Incorrect information given re dinner times by reception although this was corrected and additional food brought out when we asked. No one knew anything about many of the artists work on display.

This is very friendly and welcoming hotel. The staff at the hotel where very accommodating and helped with any queries we had. The hotel is totally spotless and there was a great choice for the breakfast. The rooms are spacious and of a very high standard of cleanliness. We would definitely stay here again!

We had no complaints what so ever

We stayed here for one week. Every breakfast was amazing and the dinners to die for. The quality of food, clenliness and constant refill, there was never a time even up to the last minute when the buffet closes the food was full and the staff fid not rush to take it away! The staff were extremely well mannered, and attended to everything! As well as the room service and cleaning ladies! It was the first time I experienced something like this, and I have been to many destinations as an all inclusive. We will be returning over the summer for sure, best value for money!

Work needed tO insulate the rooms better since you can hear every word spoken in the other room, and I'm sure we upset some guests with our baby! :( I believe the modern restaurant, bar and reception are stunning, but the rooms adequate. The lcd screen and furniture and mattress are good, but to consider a small change in decor, bedspreads, pillows, curtains, carpet could allow it to be even more stunning , but I'm sure that many people are ok with the rooms.

Max 3 stars hotel - desparately needs renovation. There is almost no sound insulation between rooms. The atmosphere in the SPA is unacceptable official.

Great location, great food , especially in the restaurant called Perun,

-Curtains are not good enough, they don't have black-out blinds so the room becomes light very early with the sun rise. -There is a lot of loud music coming from the local square till the early hours of the morning. -There is no bureau de change in the hotel which is a bit inconveniente

отличный разнообразный завтрак, хорошее месторасположение, удобная кровать, очень спокойно и тихо даже при полной заполненности отеля. вообщем, не смотря на то что отель уже не новый, впечатления самые хорошие.

Odlicna vecera!

Le hôtel est: Très agréable et confortable, service d'un très bon niveau, la qualité des massages fait la partie très réussie de l'offre de spa/relaxation; Bon isolation acoustique, pas de nuisance de bruit dans la chambre. Une bonne restauration dans les deux restaurants de l'hôtel. Un bon choix.

Odlicno pozicioniran. Osoblje je usluzno, profesionalno i izuzetno ljubazno. Dorucak je vise nego odlican, raznovrstan i kvalitetan.

Hotel je u fazi prosirenja, te su u toku gradjevinski radovi. I preko puta hotela je izuzetno bucno gradiliste (od 6-7h ujutro pocinje buka). Bilo bi korektno pri oglasavanju/rezervaciji to napomenuti gostima. Deci do 12 godina je dozvoljeno koriscenje bazena do 17h. Hotel naravno ima puno pravo na takvu politiku, ali bi takodje bilo korektno navesti u napomenama pri oglasavanju.

Die Lage: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Wellness: Wellness Bereich ist fantastisch. Swimmingpool ist sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter des Wellness-Bereichs sind sehr nett und helfen gerne. Fitness Raum ist genug gross. Essen: Frühstück ist sehr gut. Buffet zum Abendessen hat sehr grosse Auswahl und ist super lecker.
