The staff were absolutely brilliant - they speak fluent English and are happy to help with booking restaurants, trips or finding out times, prices for shows etc. The bathroom smelt unpleasant- though it was very clean so this was probably to do with the plumbing. |

Position of the hotel, rooms are ok, reasonable breakfast, coffee/tea available at the lobby for hotel guests, friendly staff at the reception Apparently no parking is provided, we were very lucky to find a parking space at the public street parking nearby hotel, daily cleaning of the room should include hoovering the room |

1. The Service: real 24 hour reception, ready to answer any question, make you tea in the evening breakfast in the morning. very very helpful people. 2. The Location is great. its really 2 seconds from Nevsky and 5 min from the Hermitage. 3. The room was super clean (en-suite bathroom too) and comfy even had a small refrigerator. 4. Wi-fi working ok. 5. i loved the breakfast : fresh bread and cake every day i have no idea why people on booking.com complained about that. 6. you can drink tea any time you like in the loby - very good when its 9 degrees outside. 1. There is sometimes noise from the hallway, but not from other rooms its mostly a problem in the morning at 8am, but not a big deal. 2. the mattress is a bit uncomfortable 3. out phone in the room wasnt working, but the let us use the one in reception so it was fine. One last comment, the hotel is on the 5th floor, the stairs are clean and safe but its not easy for everyone to climb that high. the lift is a bit small - fits two people tightly or one person and a suitcase. the lift works just fine. |

Location, the kindness of the girls who work there in reception, very helpfull.Room was clean. Share bathroom, elevator was awful, it felt like it was broken. Breackfast in the room, dificult to find the hotel, its in a 5th floor of and old building, dont was the towells. |

The Acme is a fantastic little hotel. It's on the 5th floor of a quiet block, yet in the historic heart of St Petersburg and just around the corner from Nevsky Prospect. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful, available 24 hours a day. The facilities are new and clean, and the rooms are bright. There's even a little elevator in the building to save you walking to the 5th floor, which isn't that common in St Petersburg. We were looking for two things: great location, and good price. The fact that the hotel was above and beyond what we expected was a wonderful surprise and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended! |

This is a small but newly renovated hotel. The hallway, the rooms, bathrooms, are very new, clean, nice, and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and in general the atmosphere was very warm and friendly. The staff had adequate knowledge of English. The location is just perfect. It is a 10 minute walk from the Nevski Prospect metro station. I got a great deal for July, which is peak season. I would definitely stay there again. The lift is very small. The entrance to the hotel is below average. There is only a small lobby/reception...considering this is a mini hotel that is expected. |

Very nice staff, very helpful. Always a nice word and a nice smile. We have to pay cash at the reception otherwise we have to pay a 7% commission if paid by credit card. Not very professional for a hotel found on a website like booking.com. |

Only that it is in the very good place of the city........... Wireless is not working good. Bed is not comfortable. No small lamp nat the bed side. It is not for the business trip. |

perfect location:iisakiy Church just around the corner, comfort of the room and friendly stuff. breakfast was brought strait to the room The booking was amended from 2 to 3 nights, but somehow hotel did not receive amendment. But anyway we were able to stay for 3rd night. |

На ресепшене ВЕСЬ персонал очень внимательный, отзывчивый, приятный в общении. Спасибо ВСЕМ девушкам! Отель находится на очень хорошем месте.За одним "углом" Эрмитаж, за другим Адмиралтейство и Исаакиевский собор. Первое общее впечатление от внутреннего убранства отеля: как красиво! (оно в принципе и не изменилось!, просто есть некоторые нюансы, думаю, что исправимые...) В следующий свой приезд, я обязательно остановлюсь в этом же отеле, но желательно в другом номере! Я довольна отдыхом! Номер 7 (Комфорт), в котором мы жили, оказался прежней прихожей, в шкафу есть дверь, которая ведет на лестницу...Поэтому часто слышен был запах табака. Звукоизоляция в номере отсутствует, но для меня это было не существенно... |

Sa situation : il est au plein centre tout prêt des sites touristiques. Personnel accueillant et bon service. Petit déjeuner. Entrée et porte principale de l'hotel, ascenseur pourri et trop petit, chambres bruitant et pas trop isolées, 7%extra charge pour le payement par carte |

близость расположения по отношению к невскому пр., хорошие номера, приветливый персонал не уверена, что каки-либо образом можно "усовершенствовать" лифт, но хорошо бы это сделать, т.к. лифт очень маленький - в него помещается 1 человек (с небольшим кол-вом багажа). |

Удобное расположение, 5 минут от всех основных архитектурных памятников. К сожалению, в номере не оказалось телефона, в предбаннике не горел свет, заявленный бесплатный интернет был, но связи с тем, что точка доступа была очень далеко, работать в нем было не возможно, постоянно пропадала сеть. |
