Location is reasonably good: quite close to Citi centre, relatively close to metro station (ca 7-10 min). I would say it is an average 4 stars hotel. at exactly 11 am on Saturday and Sunday the staff take away the food and all the breakfast stuff, clean the tables, etc - I was a bit confused as missed the opportunity to take coffee to finish my breakfast. |

Free parking in front of the hotel, very convenient one. Nicely decorated hall, reception. Good variety of bars and restaurants. Room service is fast, prices - acceptable. If one stays in a standard room (small one), I would say that would be categorized as a 3 star comfort especially considering the location of the hotel against the actual centre of the city. But it's ok for bigger rooms. |

Only quality of foods, front desk staff and housekeeping. Even foods were great, restaurant and bar staff was really bad, service time like 1-2hours for bar, restaurant and room service. They do not refill your minibar, tv channels in the room are not good, there is no fun in the hotel (like a regular bar or something). Additional only front desk people can speak english well, rest can not understand what you talking about (even it is a hotel that serves mostly international people)!!! |

It's good accomodation for businessmen. Plenty of meeting/conference rooms, nice restaurant & bar. Nice service. |

Просторный отель с удобным местом его расположения + хороший уровень сервиса в номере и наличие просторного спортивного зала с достойным набором тренажеров. Отсутствие свободного доступа в интеренет - большой недостаток. Чрезмерное присутствие обслуживающего персонала во время завтраков и заметно-нескоординированная его работа - требуют небольшой коррекции. |
