Aerostar Hotel    

Everything very old.the walls r like paper.you can hear every sound of next room. If you are tired and want to order from the room service Dont do it!!because they ask you to come down and pay the ampnt of your order!so stupid!!

The stuff is kind, good breakfast, free parking, gym

Rooms required to be fully repaired. The air-conditioner systems are very old and not functional at all. There are no free wifi in rooms.

Access very pratic between Aerostar and City Center by metro

I saw many bad reviews about the staff that I only have to say that they do their job, if you expect being treated like a maharaja or make friends with them, ok, you can be dissapointed and its not your place, but to me they were correctly always, they even helped me with some PC problem, so its not fair to not mention this. The bed was very comfortable, the room quite, clean and nice, I could sleep like a baby there. There's TV in the room and the living rooms in the 1st and 2nd foors are very cosy if after a long work day, as we had, you need some relax and take a drink. The location is good, 5 min. walk from the metro station that takes you straight to the red square after 2 or 3 metro stations. Big deal hotel. Breakfast is included, that is very good.

Even though some furniture is old-fashioned, its fun to feel yourself as in the soviet era at some point. Breakfast was not too bad but it could be quite better. Here's a trick for the coffe so it doesnt come so bad. Get 2 cups, press the botton and wait a few seconds till you see that the water comes down, when the real coffe starts to come out replace the first cup quickly.

Breakfast was great, internet in the lobby and the bars was good.

Luck of english speaking skills of most of the general stuff, cable ethernet connection in my hotel room (plus the extra charges)

Aerostar managers and staff refused to check me in. They made me wait for 2 hours before they told me this. They refused to check me in because I do not have an internal Russian passport, however nowhere on their booking.com confirmation does it say that I need it. They made me check in under a different name which was embarassing and caused all sorts of accounting problems. Aerostar did not have WIFI in the rooms. This is unacceptable for a "4 star" hotel. The sauna door had holes the size of dimes, heat was escaping constantly though these poorly designed doors. Overall, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SHIT HOTEL.

Very big and good quality hotel. Excellent room and really good breakfast. Hotel is only 8 minutes walk from dinamo metro station (which is 10 minutes from Red Square). Hotel is 10 minutes walk from basketball and ice hockey stadiums. Ideal for sports enthusiasts. Free wifi on ground and first floor (but not in your room)

Hotel is a busy conference hotel. This can make breakfast time extremely busy. Dining area still has 50/50 smoking / non-smoking areas Hotel staff not knowledgeable on how to book sporting tickets or location of ice hockey stadium.

The breakfast was acceptable, complete and tasty. The room was ok for the price.

First, the location of the hotel is not very tourist, the train station is far from the hotel (5 min walking), the zone is not friendly for pedestrians, moreover if you have two suitcase with you. In addition; the hotel is to old, looks from the communist period. The bathroom was to old as well. Finally, a hotel with no wifi connection in the bedroom these days is unacceptable, LAN cable is not convenience for travelers because we do not use laptops, we use new and friendly devices. I do not recommend AERO STAR HOTEL NEVER for tourist. Actually if you want to visit Moscow, expend more money in your stay and book a centric hotel.

Good location, good breakfast and facility. But have to be more care about your bell boy, it is not enough and also slow service.

I picked this hotel only because it was recommended by trip adviser. The staff where rude, the hotel was old and of poor quality. The location was not near the city centre as per the ad. I would recommend trip adviser remove this from there recommendations or I will not use there advise again! Awful

!!!!!!!! Everythyng !!!!!!! Can'tv even begin. If it wasn't for my boss I would never set a foot in this dump I usually get a good service in Moscow, but at the aerostar they dicided otherwise! They can never findv the reservation, I booked a so called superior room but at my arrival none where available except for a suite that they wn=anted me to pay for, hed to negociate for more than half an hour to finally get the suite no extra charge. Always have to argue to get something, info's not always correct, rooms are awfull for a 4 star, Every time there's another problem or issue ! don't understand how this hotel is always full ?

It's 7 min from metro dinamo and about 10 min by metro to the center = so the location is good.

The breakfast was quite simple. The refrigerator in the mini-bar was not working. Also the remote control from the tv didn't work. The reception told me I should wait till next morning as the electrician left already. After I reminded them that this is 4* hotel, I got my remote working control in 5 min. It's an empty area around the hotel, no shop, no cafe, no restaurant.

This hotel is ok. It's not the most spectacular hotel you will find but if you need somewhere to say it's clean and comfy.

I like Aerostar Hotel and will try to book it in my next trip to Russia, Moscow
