Location is perfect. Price \ quality ratio is ok. I loked the way the staff communicated on the phone. Free parking is a clever hint in Moscow. The service and recponsinsiveness of the staff was very dissapointing. One receiptionist upon half dozen of awaiting guests and a clear refuusal of the colleagues to open a second desk; although the mini-bar was declared, gee, I was supposed to leave a deposit for geting a key from the mini-bar. That would be ok, but no one had warned me by checking in. Water in the toilet does not flush. Room service guy dared personal remarks about what he had seen in the room. Very unpleasant. |

Location is reasonably good: quite close to Citi centre, relatively close to metro station (ca 7-10 min). I would say it is an average 4 stars hotel. at exactly 11 am on Saturday and Sunday the staff take away the food and all the breakfast stuff, clean the tables, etc - I was a bit confused as missed the opportunity to take coffee to finish my breakfast. |

Free parking in front of the hotel, very convenient one. Nicely decorated hall, reception. Good variety of bars and restaurants. Room service is fast, prices - acceptable. If one stays in a standard room (small one), I would say that would be categorized as a 3 star comfort especially considering the location of the hotel against the actual centre of the city. But it's ok for bigger rooms. |

Only quality of foods, front desk staff and housekeeping. Even foods were great, restaurant and bar staff was really bad, service time like 1-2hours for bar, restaurant and room service. They do not refill your minibar, tv channels in the room are not good, there is no fun in the hotel (like a regular bar or something). Additional only front desk people can speak english well, rest can not understand what you talking about (even it is a hotel that serves mostly international people)!!! |
