“ It is good balance money/quality. Very comfortable room. Free of charge transfer to funicular railway 8.00-10.00 and from 16.00-18.00. Tasty cuisine in cafe (pool, cable TV). Substantial breakfast. Great sauna with wood stove (was 105 C inside). I can give you advise to reserve this hotel. ”

After we asked for another room (with 2 beds insted of 1) we got really spacios and cosy room. The room was really good. Prices in hotel's cafe are expensive (as everything in Sochi). Sauna is not for free and will coast u enormous amount of money. Also hotel is kind of in the moddle of nowhere - transfer is always required to visit other places (extra money).

Отличный отель. - Очень вкусный завтрак. - Огромные светлые номера. - грамотный и очень дружелюбный персонал. - Трансфер ко всем горнолыжным комплексам. - Wi-fi работал через пень-колоду. - Всё же дороговато, но это проблема не отеля, а всей Красной Поляны. Соотношение цена/качество - не в пользу цены. - Нет полноценной сушилки для лыжного инвентаря.

Прекрасный отель. Был в нём не впервой, поэтому руководствовался в т.ч. прошлыми хорошими впечатлениями. За 4 прошедших года отель ничуть не испортился. Машину всегда удавалось поставить во дворе; персонал очень терпимо относится к парковке в любом удобном клиенту месте. Всё очень прилично, красиво, уютно, удобно; хочется сюда возвращаться; по субъективным ощущениям я бы повысил его звёздность. Великолепный шведский стол по утрам (включённый в стоимость номера); ловишь себя на безнадёжном желании всё перепробовать )) До десятка видов только всевозможных блинчиков, оладушек, драников и т.п., которые и одни то не часто заставишь себя самого повозиться и приготовить. С вареньем из фей-хоа всё это просто бесподобно! В распоряжении жильцов обширная фильмотека. От центральной дороги по безобразно разбитой улице до отеля надо проехать менее сотни метров (это значительный плюс по местным меркам). И, наконец, особенно примечательный факт. Проживание в отеле обходится недёшево, но администратор при заселении предоставила небольшой бонус, который никто заранее не обещал, - не стала брать дополнительную плату за ребёнка (8 лет); т.е. дочь проживала фактически бесплатно. Безобразный подъезд, как и все улицы в Эсто-Садке и Кр.Поляне, кроме центральной дороги. Совет владельцу отеля - засыпать хотя бы канаву в самом начале улицы при повороте с асфальта: она как будто специально вырыта - препятствовать въезду авто с невысоким клиренсом.

Отель находиться в самом центре Красной Поляны, до подъемника Горная Карусель бесплатно отвозят на минивэне. Есть кафе с неплохим меню, завтрак отличный. Для 3* в России очень приятная атмосфера. Не ловит Билайн в номерах.

Месторасположение, если бы не стройка. Просторный номер для 3 человек. Скромненько, неплохо. В ресторане приходилось очень долго ждать, официант все время что-то путала. Конечно, не понравилось, что вокруг отеля грязь в связи со строительством (надеемся, что это временноое явление). Сауна за отельную плату.
