Comfortable, relaxing and quite place. Great for a weekend or for holidays.

Everything was splendid.

A unique stay where the accomodation was personal, staff attentive and ambience relaxed. Overall I highly recommend.

Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. It was on the first floor with the views into the garden, where the outside terrace are in summer times. Might be in summer time there not much privicy, cuz out the window are tables of the restaurant's terrace. But during winter time it's perfect. But anyway the room was great. Fast wi fi for free, complimentery 2 bottles of water, complimentery small champagne and small chocolates for wamans day (8 of march) Breacfasts are great, lots of choices. For such a small hotel it's a really suprise! Location near the water, with the views to the canal from some rooms, with the nice promenade , especially in summer time. For about 10-15 min walk city center. Finally, we really liked the place. No complains. Definitelly stay there again when we'll be in SP again.

Charming staff who couldn't do enough to help, delicious food, very helpful about finding our way around Petersburg, very attractive room and lovely library and drawing room where they would bring you tea after a long cold day. Of sightseeing. Also in a charming area, on t canal, very near St Nicholas and the Mariinsky.

Nothing - would thoroughly recommend it.

We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Its a really hospitable place with uniquely designed rooms in a nicely renovated courtside mansion.

Everything from the excellent staff to the beautiful interiors and not forgetting the never ending, tasty breakfast.

Nothing! I won't stay anywhere else in St. Petersburg again!

This is my favorite hotel in St Pete; a small and friendly place, meticulously built, fine combination of tradition and modern.

It's probably time for the owners to do a major refurbishing, as age is starting to show.

Really nice little hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast- lots of choices- cold and hot dishes. I haven't tried the restaurant for dinner but the setting is really nice- inside as well as the outdoors garden. It's probably really nice on a summer night after exploring the city. Overall a very good hotel. The bed was a bit too hard for me but that's personal preference.

The only thing that in my opinion is not great is it's location. However, having said that, in the summer it is a lovely walk along the canals- only 5 min to the Maryinsky Theater, 15 to nearest subway and about 25-30 min to the Hermitage. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes.

We liked this Hotel very much! Comfortable halls with cosy arm-chairs and sofas! You can find a lot of book-shelfs with nice old and modern books there! Excellent and stylish rooms with everything you need. Very frendly staff! Very splendid restaurant! Come and stay at this luxury hotel! It is really wonderful!

Tout! Cette maison est magique! Le cadre magnifique et le personnel très attentionné. De plus, nous avons apprécié le copieux et varié buffet du petit-déjeuner. Un vrai dépaysement et que du bonheur! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!

отель просто чудесный! спасибо владельцам, сумевшим создать в нём эту атмосферу уютного дома, в который возвращаешься с удовольствием и где чувствуешь себя совершенно комфортно. у меня был номер бангкок, приятный интерьер с тайским колоритом, но без фанатизма. окна выходят во двор, ночью тихо! кровать удобная, с горячей водой никаких проблем. ну а библиотека в холле, а тем более камин в холле на втором этаже, который по нашей просьбе разжигали вечером - это чудесно. очень душевно. завтраки вкусные, вообще ресторан понравился, готовят хорошо. персонал милейший. одним словом, понравилось всё.

ну, возможно, от метро далековато. но! если вы на машине - никаких проблем с парковкой, места есть всегда. ещё бы можно в номерах обеспечить чайники и чайные приборы, было бы удобнее.

Все прекрасно. Особенно удобно то, что кухня работает круглосуточно, что для Питера редкость...
