The hotel is located in quiet street. Rooms are rather small, but recently refurnished. Hotel is far from center of the city. Wi-fi in the room was very unreliable. Poor selection for breakfast.

I was fortunate to get a room with a balcony faced the quiet street. Though the room was small, It was well appointed and clean, the same for the bathroom with bathrobe and hairdryer .The staff were very friendly and always eager to help you if needed.The location is good and close to the metro and the center.The hotel has a restaurant with reasonable prices and nice cuisine. Highly recommendable.

Месторасположение - близость к метро, чистый номер, наличие халатов, приветливый персонал на ресепшн. Завтраки - порционные, слишком скудные и невкусные. Овсянная каша на воде больше похожа на клей для обоев, есть ее невозможно. Яичница холодная, яйца вареные не всегда бывают, хотя по идее должны быть каждый день без ограничения. Хлеб заканчивается и надо просить, чтобы принесли - особо за этим никто не следит. Стаканы встречаются грязные и разбитые:( В общем, за завтрак можно смело ставить двойку или даже единицу. В номере нет ни холодильника, ни чайника, за водой нужно идти к кулеру на этаже. Пульт от телевизора не работал.

Отель в тихом месте; можно отоспаться; параллельно улице отеля (Воронежская) идет Лиговский пр-кт, в шаговой доступности ст.м. Обводной канал; клуб Метро; ТЦ Лиговъ... приезжал 8 марта, вполне доволен. В номере ковролин, и отопление зимой будь здоров; Хорошо что бидон родниковой воды прямо у дверей, а то ну очень уж тепло.

Al het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze doen niet moeilijk en helpen je waar mogelijk. Kamers schoon. Het is geen luxe hotel, maar prima om te overnachten zonder problemen. Dichtbij metro station. Metro in St.Petersburg erg goed. Het is jammer dat ze geld vroegen voor het zwembad en de sauna, zeker omdat het een mini-zwembad is. Personeel van de receptie sprak Engels. Het personeel van de bar zou nog wel wat scholing in Engels mogen hebben. Matrassen en kussens mogen wel nieuw.

Не верная информация об отеле: на территории отеля и в номерах курят, халаты были, а тапочки забыли, полотенца не меняли, практически не убирали, бассейн и сауна за доп.плату. В этом отеле остановимся в следующий раз, только если больше нигде не будет мест, и то подумать надо.

Удачное месторасположение,легко найти,близость метро.Тихий район несмотря на близость проспекта. Персонал хорошо относится к гостям. Маленький подарок на НГ тоже порадовал. На этаже был кулер,воду меняли вовремя. Завтраки не порадовали:если успеешь-то есть выбор каша,яичница или оладьи.Если не успеешь,то минус оладьи. К окончанию завтрака не убирают со столов грязную посуду,приходилось разгребать себе местечко. Вода из горячего крана горячая,если повезет. Нужно ждать счастливого момента (4 этаж).

понравилось абсолютно все. в отеле все новое (само здание, мебель, сантехника, белье..). персонал очень радушный. близко от метро обводной канал. тихая улочка - не шумно. номер очень уютный. ( у меня был с балконом). регистрация очень быстро. огромный лифт. есть сауна но за доп. плату. завтрак, включенный в стоимость, помимо обычного набора ( сыр, ветчина, колбаса, яйца, джем, кофе, чай, лимон) включает еще и дополнительно яичницу, блины или кашу по выбору. в будущем только сюда или в отели из этой сети (группа отелей евразия). не к чему придраться. все супер.

комфортный номер, вежливый персонал отсутствие кондиционера, очень шумно, однообразные завтраки. знакомым рекомендовать не стала бы.

Отель соответствует описанию на сайте. Не далеко от метро и центра города, номера большие, завтраки без изысков, но вполне съедобно. Не очень свежие и видавшие виды шторы и покрывало
