The size of the room was excellent for such a budget hotel. It was clean and tidy. Just the fact that the matresses slid about on the beds!!! I woke up in the morning to find that the matress had nearly fallen off! Maybe they could be attached to the bed frame to prevent lots of injuries when knocking legs against the bed frame each morning?! |

This new hotel is located in the very quite place in the middle of the block about 20 min walk from the central part. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Mosquitoes, No Wi-Fi, but there is the cable internet (ask for a cable on the reception) |

Internet functioned well. Room was bright, right sized, and very quiet after 10:30pm. Very quiet. The window is screened to keep out insects, which is unusual in Russia. Newer, clean facility, but very spartan. Compared to other older hotels on main streets, its a bargain! In Europe it would be 2 stars. In Russia, 3 stars. No airconditioning and that is a big minus in St Petersburg in July and August. Wedding parties in the courtyard, but they end at a reasonable hour and dont effect sleeping. |

Walking distance from historical center....very close to main sighteeings... Breakfast was extremely poor....further more,when the filter coffee was ending,NO refilling....only instant coffee...also the web fotos do not show the reality about rooms... |

Отель находится в центре города, недалеко от метро и Невского проспекта. Расположен в тихом, благоустроенном дворе. Номера довольно большие и очень чистые. Отлично оборудованный санузел. Очень любезный и дружелюбный персонал, который не только откликается на все просьбы гостей, но и предупреждает их. В двухместный номер следовало бы поставить второй стул или табурет. Кроме того, хотелось бы, чтобы в номере был телефон. И наконец, завтрак можно было разнообразить. |

Учень удачное расположение подходящее под определение "тихий центр". Метро "Чернышевская" в 10 мин. ходьбы, БКЗ "Октябрьский" 12 мин., Невский проспект 15 мин. Завтрак бедноват, но приемлем. Рад,что удалось договориться о парковке во внутреннем дворике. Очень удобно и безопасно. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, от простеньких и недорогих до изысканных. Выбор просто огромный. Очень приветливый персонал, особенно девушка Полина на ресепшене и менеджер Альбина. Отель идеален для коротких поездок, например, на концерты в БКЗ "Октябрьском". Намерен и дальше пользоваться услугами Амаранта Манифест.. Хорошо бы улучшить качество и разнообразие завтрака |

Хороший отель. Не далеко от центра города, можно дойти пешком. Завтрак вполне хороший, очень чисто и аккуратно. Очень хорошая слышимость - стены картонные. |

tout a été conforme au descriptif découvert par internet...sauf l'accés mal signalé -grille et fond de cour- et un manque de connaissance, au moins de la langue anglaise, du eprsonnel. Bon rapport qualité/prix |

Вежливый персонал, чистые номера. Гостиница расположена в центре, до Невского пешком минут 10, до ближайшего метро Чернышевская - и того меньше. Словом, неплохой отель для туристов. В номере было ночью было прохладно, не топят, а ведь осенью в питере уже прохладно, можно выдавать обогреватели или дополнительные полотенца. Вода иногда текла ржавая. Wi-fi нету, но есть розетка под кабель, не пробовал. Завтраки достаточно однообразные - сосиски/яйца/каши, словом такой нехитрый континенталь брекфаст |

Schoon Design-hotel is een groot woord. Het is gewoon een IKEA-ingericht hotel. Wij vonden het zelfs meer een hostel dan een hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer matig en beperkt. De douche was niet prettig. |

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, met voldoende kennis van de engelse taal!! Ruime, nette en schone kamers. Booking.com levert bij reservering de adresgegevens in het Engels. Hiermee kan zelfs de taxi niets uitrichten, De adresgegevens (ook) in het Russisch, bij voorkeur Cyrillisch, zou uitkomst bieden. |
