The hotel is just excellent. Spacious apartments, great staff, perfect location, decent breakfast. Best place for both low and high seasons.

It's distant from city center

If u're going to st petersburg and looking for the best hotel option u should defenetly choose this hotel. Perfect location (10 min by 22 bus to the center of the city, Isaac's Cathedral, Nevskiy prospect). Very helpfull staff. Rich breakfast (from 9 till 11 so u can sleep more and even by the end of it u will suprisingly find varity of dishes:-)). we've stayed at suit and there were 2 rooms (living room with a sofa, chairs and tv and a bedroom with tv) and a kitchen. a suit also has a little hall with a wardrobe and a big miror. bathroom had a shower, sink and a toilet. If u travel without laptop u can use the one down in the hotel for free. This hotel is a good value for money.

Милый,уютный отель.Внимательный вежливый персонал начиная от рецепции до персонала кафе,где очень достойные завтраки.Единственное,что беспокоило-шум стройки за окном.

Чистенький удобный номер. Трансфер от/до метро.

Не помешали бы фен, чайник и утюг. И тапки. И продлить время вечернего трансфера до метро хотя бы часов до 23.

Aivan mielettömän mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli,ja ainakin Deluxe-huoneet tosi tilavia,yhdessä oli reilunkokoinen keittiökin. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällistä ja palvelualtista,puhuivat myös melko hyvää englantia. Yleinen siisteys ja puhtaus kiitettävää tasoa. Minkäänlaisia häiriötekijöitä hotellissa oleskelumme aikana ei esiintynyt.

Aamiainen muuten hyvä,mutta tuoreita vihanneksia saisi myös olla tarjolla.

Hotelli oli todella mukava yllätys. Deluxe huone oli ison olohuoneen ja makuuhuoneen yhdistelmä,jossa oli todella suuri parivuode,sekä sohva. Varustukseen kuului myös iso jääkaappi,ja kaksi televisiota. Lisäksi oli riittävästi pöytä -ja muuta tilaa. Kylpyhuone oli tosi siisti ja tilava,ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin joka päivä. Aamiainen oli riittävän monipuolinen,ja tarjolla klo 11 asti. Tosi ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta,kaikki pelasi moitteettomasti.

Останавливался в отеле 2 раза в течение недели 1. Довольно близко к центру (15 мин. на автобусе до Невского) 2. Просторные номера (особенно первый - огромный.). 2. Большая доп. кровать - ребенку очень понравилась. 3. Интересный дизайн в коридорах. 4. Хороший завтрак (удобно, что до 11 часов - можно поспать) 5. Цена просто смешная для такого отеля (правда был в ноябре - несезон)

1. Во время второй остановки обратил внимание на громкую работу холодильника (пару раз даже просыпался из-за него). 2. В номерах душевые кабины. Душ отрегулировать очень сложно по всем параметрам (напор, температура, направление). 3. В коридорах запах от сигарет (в местах для курения было бы неплохо поставить вытяжки).

Тишина, чистота и никаких неудобств, ну и отзывчивый персонал
