Rue tranquille, à proximité des sites à visiter et du métro. Personnel souriant et très serviable. Une chambre du 8ème étage, stuée sous les cuisines, est bruyante (mais dès que nous l'avons signalé, la direction a immédiaement donné une autre chambre, très calme) |

endroit très calme, belle vue sur St Isaac dans les chambres superieures qui donnent sur l'arrière. Idéal pour les personnes qui n"ont pas peur de marcher un peu. après 11 h piscine et sauna payants : 550 r/ h |

The food in the evening was not good at all. They charge extra for using the swimming pool at certain hours. Extra charge for internet. |

Good and correct English speaking staff. All the facilities are there. The souvenir shop is excellent. 15 minutes to Mariinsky theatre. Have to walk to city centre 5 - 20 minutes. 20 min to Hermitage and to the water front. 20 min to Nevsky Prospect. But did not bother us. The taxi fare to Airport is double the regular price. The breakfast extra charge is way un proprtional. Had a better breakfast outside for 1/4 price |

Centrally located. Never again... Internet connection very complicated, almost possible only from Hotel's business center. Airconditioning on in a freezing room with outside temperatures of 15o C. |

Very nice restaurant on the top floor. Food and view is OK. Vine list should be impoved dramatically. Now it is just overpriced supermarket choice. Somellier would be helpfull. |

Everyone spoke good enough English, was very friendly, helpfull and comunicated well. A charge to use the gym after a certain hour. |

В отеле очень дображелательный персонал и очень красивый панорамный ресторан.Отличный сервис всё очень оперативно. Просторные и конфортные номера. Отель заслуживает 5* Возможность продления на месте по первоночальной цене.Без необходимости обрашения к компаниям которые зделали бронь В некоторых ситуациях это не удобно. |

Отличный отель-новый, красивый, я бы сказала даже шикарный- за такие-то деньги...шикарный вид из окна, просторный номер, супер комфортная кровать. Всем рекомендую. Интернет по вечерам в холле не работал. Звонки по городу из номера платные. |

Потрясающая обстановка, красивый холл, большие комфортные номера, огромная кровать, шикарный вид из окна даже стандартного номера на Исаакиевский Собор и мерцающую телебашню, отличный сервис - доставлялось все, что требовалось Днем не работает панорамный ресторан. |

la prima colazione abbondante e varia anche se molto costosa perche' non inclusa nel prezzo. I costi davvero eccessivi dei servizi extra: navetta da/per aereoporto; bar; commissioni cambio valuta. |
