Perfect location - in the yard (therefore quiet) close to the central street. Nice and friendly staff. Daily cleaning was not too thorough, though the room was clean at check-in. Pre-determined menu for breakfast - some choice would be preferable. |

It's not flour, this is a whole building. It's very near from Moscow railway station and from the city center. This is an inside yard and very silent place! It was strange that money was taken from credit card soon after registration at Booking.com. And how hotel could return money if I would like to cancel booking? |

Nice location practically at Nevsky prospect however very quite. My room was very small but because I was alone it was enough for me, the room was clean. The same breakfest every morning. |

Venligt og imødekommende hotelpersonale. Ok værelse. Fantastisk beliggenhed - meget centralt, men alligevel stort set ingen gadelarm. Morgenmaden var fuldt spiselig, men ikke synderligt interessant. Lidt besværligt, at man ikke har nøgle til yderdøren, men skal lukkes ind af personalet. |

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen. Kävellen pääsi sekä shoppailemaan, syömään että nähtävyyksiin. Henkilökunta oli erittäin palveluhenkistä ja auttavaista. Pieni hotelli, kotoisa tunnelma. |

Очень вежливый и внимательный персонал. Тихо, никто не беспокоит. Наличие в номере необходимых вещей. Расположение отеля от основной дороги и близкое к станции метро. Хотелось бы, что бы в номере были более светлые тона штор, покрывал, а то как-то мрачновато. Тем более осенью холодные синие тона не "греют". Можно в номер поставить чайник. В душевой положить мыло. Спасибо. |

Встреча водителем. Круглосуточное дежурство. Услужливость охраны у входа в подъезд, Вежливость администраторов и готовность их разрешить возникшие вопросы. Обслуживание в буфете. Завтраки. Ослепительная чистота постельного белья и полотенец. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец. Бесплатный интернет. Многоканальные телепередачи. Холодильничек. Вместительный шкаф. Тепло в номере и домашний уют. Тишина. Спокойный сон на удобных подушках. Всегда свежий воздух - кондиционирование. Своевременная доставка в аэропорт. Закрепить (прикрутить) шкаф сейфа неподвижно к опоре, чтобы нельзя было двигать и снять его, как сумку. Сделать к сейфу надёжный замок. Холодильник, и без того маленький, не занимать набором "барных"продуктов. Отвести для бара другое место, а холодильничек оставить по его прямому назначению. Холодильник поменять на больший либо этот поднять повыше, т.к. при открывании тугой дверцы под углом, отрывается жиденькая ручка холодильника. |

Lage, sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber, sehr bequem, angenehm, ausgesprochen hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr ruhig, sehr sicher Kein eigenes Restaurant oder Schank. Ist aber kein großes Problem weil 10 Meter weit sind mehreren Restaurants aller möglicher Art |
