Доброжелательность и отзывчивость сотрудников отеля. Жалюзи на окнах в номере практически не защищают от света. Поэтому жители европейской части России будут испытывать существенные неудобства, связанные с разницей во времени (5 часов): в 7 утра, когда уже вовсю светит солнце, по часам гостя ещё 2 часа ночи, и ему хочется спать, но солнце ему не даст выспаться. В результате человек не сможет отдохнуть после перелёта и весь следующий день будет плохо себя чувствовать.
