su ubicación, en la misma calle nevski. y relación calidad/precio. no es un hotel al uso. es una agencia de viajes. esta en un portal compartido con hostales y viviendas. un poco raro. cuando llegas allí no esta indicado (ni un letrero). tienes que llamarles por telefono para que te den las llaves. no hay recepción. |

sigo con las cosdas que no me gustaron 4) el baño tenia siempre mal olor 5) las sabanas de las cama de dos plazas eran dos de una plaza colocadas en forma perpendicular 6) el tamaño de las toallas eran minimos ... varias cosas no me gustaron por ejemplo 1) no habia ascensor y era un quinto piso de haberlo sabido no lo tomaba 2) la ubicacion del hotel era diferente a la que me dieron ( nevsky 78 ) en realidad era a la vuelta de la esquina , tuve que llamar por telefono para poder ubicarlo 3) la persona que me recibio hablaba solo ruso y no me dio la mas minima informacion sobre cuestiones fundamentales ( por ejemplo como se abria la puerta del edificio = tiene un sistema poco comun = , cual era la clave del wi fi, ) tambien tuve que llamar por telefono para averiguar ) |

Camas confortables, cocina completa, baño bien equipado. Comfortable beds, good kitchen, well-equipped bathroom. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba (algo importante, ya que es el último piso y pega todo el sol), algo escaso el menaje de la cocina. El apartamento está en la última planta de un edificio de cinco pisos sin ascensor y después de patear toda la ciudad, es una faena tener que subir cinco plantas a pie. Air-conditioning didn´t work, that was important because the appartment is on the last floor and the sun is hitting the whole. The kitchen household items are a bit limited. And the worst: the appartment is on the 5th floor and there is not lift!! so after have walked during the day at the city, you have to walk up the staircases to the 5th floor. |

we liked the location of the hotel, the price and attitude of the staff responsible for the hotel. we didn't like the building, especially the stairs that were always dirty and old. there is no lift int he building and the apartment was on the 5th floor. there is no room service and during our stay for 7 nights no one came to clean the apartment. the space in the bathroom is too small. |

Rather dirty entrance with dodgy staircase. People smoking everywhere on stairs. Very small rooms with unnecessary big beds, difficult to get in the bedrooms. Not very friendly staff. After taking reservation by credit card they requested 7% extra payment that was not mentioned in the hotel description. Also they do not register you with the police which may become a problem if you are staying for more than 3 days. We had to do it ourselves that caused a lot of trouble and efforts as well as additional fee. All in all we will never stay here again. You will find much better and similarly priced hotels in town. |

The location of the apartmen was very good, in the main street. The studio itself was very small, so I would reccomend apartment for 2 peaople. However, St Petersburg is so beautiful, so many things to do and see, that you will stay in your room only to sleep. There was no closet in the studio, so we could not take our staff from the suitcases! |

We used a two-room appartment. Good location. No 'restaurant-facilities' in the hotel, but just around the corner you can start your day with a good breakfast. For five adults the two-room appartment is a bit crowded, but if you use the hotel only for sleeping, it's allright. Clean. Good price/quality. The entrance of the hotel is not in the Nevsky Prospect, but about 20 meters around the corner, just right of narrow passage for cars, behind a door that leads to a staircase. On the top-floor there are two doors with a electronic digit-lock, for wich you need a special key. For entrance in the hotel it's vital you have an appointment with a staff-member, that hopefully will be in time. In the kitchen there is an additional TV-set The Apart-Hotel has no permant staff in the hotel. You have to check-in by making an appointment with a staff-member. In our case the staff-member wasn't in time, so we weren't sure of the meeting-location. We had a two-room appartment. When you ask for an extra bed, you have to use a bunk-bed, that is allready in the (small) kitchen. In the corridor we couldn't find a emergency escape. There seemed to be no fire-protection (precaution, nor control) what so ever. Only one of the two rooms has a flatscreen TV. The other room has a radio / CD-set. |

Location to tourist attractions/available grocery stores/half style kitchen facilities (very limited supplies in it though) 5 levels of stairs with no lift, very dirty stair case with trash every where/outside street entry door was broken with no lock to keep out unwanted guests/had to walk with suitcases to return keys to manager/ |

The apartment is located in the best street of Saint petesburg. You can find anything around there, bars, restaurants, boat trips, etc. The Hermitage museum is about 15mins away walking! Definitely, the best is the location. But you have to be careful with the address the first time 'cause it's not exactly where the adress says. When you get to Nevsky 78 you have to turn right and then you'll see an old brown door, that's where the apartment really is. The apartment's small but very clean, cozy, and has everything you could need. Also, near the apartment you have a 24h supermarket where you can buy whatever you need for your stay. As you can see, we really liked the apartment! What we didn't like was the stairs, nothing else. |

The main advantage is the easy access to the main tourist attractions in the city as well as in surroundings. It's on the one of the main streats in about 20 minutes to walk to Hermitage, 5 minutes walk to three connecting Metro stations and about 10 minutes to walk to the main railway station. A lot of restorants, cafeteria, bakery and supermarkets are around. All equipment was new in very good conditions. The aparthotel is on the top 5th flor of the old building which does not have elevator. There was no problem for us but it could be some issue for older people. Room was qite small and there was no air condition so we kept the window open all the time when we are in the room. |

Excellent location, clean rooms, efficient usage of space, friendly staff, excellent view from the window, well thought of room. No lifts in the building. Had to climb up four floors each evening after a tiring day. |

The location, the space of the room, as well as the availability of all necessary appliances. Unfortunately, my impression of the hotel was a little worsened by the mistake in the staff's logistics (I have asked and promised an early check-in, which somehow didn't appear in the registrar's books, As a result I had to wait for an hour. In the street. With a bulky luggage. In the rain). However, after the mistake was identified, the staff members have done everything possible to fix it. |

Hotel was located excellently in the city center. Doublex could accomodate up to 6 persons. Dirty staircase. Door to the street was not locked or guarded. Poor information where entrance is located, difficulties to find the place. No sign at the street. |

The hotel is located almost in the center. Although we booked for 4 people a suit apartment, the room has bed only for two people and 2 sofas which can be converted in to a bed. The sofa-bed was not very comfortable. Firstly the bed lining for 2 people were missing. They brought them in 2 hours after arrival. They also charge 20 Euros for foreigner for the registration. |

Отличное место для экономных! Отель располагается прямо на Невском проспекте, очень близко до всего - до Московского вокзала, достопримечательностей и магазинов! рядом также есть кинотеатр, клубы и music-бары. В комнате было чисто и уютно, есть абсолютно все для жизни! что касается габаритов, то места мне было достаточно. Отдельное спасибо персоналу за работу. Вообщем рекомендую! |

Отель отлично расположен, на Невском проспекте. До всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Много кафешек, ресторанчиков и магазин с продуктами на первом этаже. Очень четко работает персонал - встретили, разместили, все рассказали. Несколько раз звонили в офис с вопросами по экскурсиям. На все получили ответы.....Спасибо , приедем еще раз! |
