Apart-hotel Nevsky 78

Sijainti hyvä, huoneisto soveltuu hyvin henkilöille, jotka tarvitsevat vain yöpymispaikan. Keittomahdollisuus ja jääkaappi plussaa.

Huoneistot viidennessä kerroksessa johon ei hissiä. Pyyhkeet olivat kokoa 30x50 cm, ei ollenkaan kylpypyyhkeitä.

Hotelli oli vaikeasti löydettävissä eikä sitä ilman venäjänkielistä opasta ollut mahdollista löytää, Nevsky 78 sijaitsee toinen hotelli jonne asiakkaita on aiemminkin eksynyt. Opasteet kadulle ja oviin.

Very very central location, cool but helpful staff, clean and cosy place to stay...

Rather dirty entrance with dodgy staircase. People smoking everywhere on stairs. Very small rooms with unnecessary big beds, difficult to get in the bedrooms. Not very friendly staff. After taking reservation by credit card they requested 7% extra payment that was not mentioned in the hotel description. Also they do not register you with the police which may become a problem if you are staying for more than 3 days. We had to do it ourselves that caused a lot of trouble and efforts as well as additional fee. All in all we will never stay here again. You will find much better and similarly priced hotels in town.

We used a two-room appartment. Good location. No 'restaurant-facilities' in the hotel, but just around the corner you can start your day with a good breakfast. For five adults the two-room appartment is a bit crowded, but if you use the hotel only for sleeping, it's allright. Clean. Good price/quality. The entrance of the hotel is not in the Nevsky Prospect, but about 20 meters around the corner, just right of narrow passage for cars, behind a door that leads to a staircase. On the top-floor there are two doors with a electronic digit-lock, for wich you need a special key. For entrance in the hotel it's vital you have an appointment with a staff-member, that hopefully will be in time. In the kitchen there is an additional TV-set

The Apart-Hotel has no permant staff in the hotel. You have to check-in by making an appointment with a staff-member. In our case the staff-member wasn't in time, so we weren't sure of the meeting-location. We had a two-room appartment. When you ask for an extra bed, you have to use a bunk-bed, that is allready in the (small) kitchen. In the corridor we couldn't find a emergency escape. There seemed to be no fire-protection (precaution, nor control) what so ever. Only one of the two rooms has a flatscreen TV. The other room has a radio / CD-set.

The apartment is located in the best street of Saint petesburg. You can find anything around there, bars, restaurants, boat trips, etc. The Hermitage museum is about 15mins away walking! Definitely, the best is the location. But you have to be careful with the address the first time 'cause it's not exactly where the adress says. When you get to Nevsky 78 you have to turn right and then you'll see an old brown door, that's where the apartment really is. The apartment's small but very clean, cozy, and has everything you could need. Also, near the apartment you have a 24h supermarket where you can buy whatever you need for your stay. As you can see, we really liked the apartment!

What we didn't like was the stairs, nothing else.

Excellent location, clean rooms, efficient usage of space, friendly staff, excellent view from the window, well thought of room.

No lifts in the building. Had to climb up four floors each evening after a tiring day.

It's in city center, close to main sightseeings.

VERY LOUD neighbors from AMSTO Hostel 2 stages down, no elevator, no mosquitos protection on windows.

The hotel is located almost in the center.

Although we booked for 4 people a suit apartment, the room has bed only for two people and 2 sofas which can be converted in to a bed. The sofa-bed was not very comfortable. Firstly the bed lining for 2 people were missing. They brought them in 2 hours after arrival. They also charge 20 Euros for foreigner for the registration.

Entrance street was so dark. I think it was dangerous for kids.

This hotel is apartment hotel, but there were no washing machine in the room. There are not towel change service.

В общем то мило и позитивно. Полностью оборудованная кухня очень порадовала. Тихо, если под окном никто не тусуется.

Очень удобное месторасположение, большие апартаменты, есть все необходимое. Удачное соотношение цена- качество.

Отель отлично расположен, на Невском проспекте. До всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Много кафешек, ресторанчиков и магазин с продуктами на первом этаже. Очень четко работает персонал - встретили, разместили, все рассказали. Несколько раз звонили в офис с вопросами по экскурсиям. На все получили ответы.....Спасибо , приедем еще раз!
