расположение аппартаментов и близость парковки очень удобные. просторно, чисто, современно. плохая шумоизоляция - слышно за стенами соседей.

удачное расположение в плане города - в центре; уютная квартира с добротным ремонтом; есть wi-fi с быстрым интернетом; в новом доме; есть все необходимое для проживания - утюг, холодильник, все кухонные принадлежности, даже детская кроватка. в связи со своим расположением (в центре) в квартире шумновато из-за суматохи за окном; очень жаль, что нет чистой воды в номере; стоянка платная, но это не минус, а просто констатация факта.
