Location and proximity to Old Arbat street. Desk wait staff are helpful and friendly. Restaurant is nice, food is good. Breakfast buffet is great. No toilet paper provided in room and had to request more at an unopportune time. Internet in rooms is very poor, Food and services are too expensive. Much better hotels in the Moscow city center for less money. Hotel Arbat is no better than a 2-3 star hotel but sells services based on 4-5 star facilities.

The breakfast is very good and the location is fabulous There was no hair dryer in the rooms and the rooms did not have free wireless, altho there was on the lobby. Also, the wired Internet did not work in room 410 at all. I have left behindnsome jewelry there and we will see whether the will find it and let me know so I can retrieve it.

Понравилось только расположение. Ужасный номер. Ужасный санузел. Завтрак так себе. Сильная слышимость улицы (старые окна). Полный Совдеп. Отель расположен удобно,поэтому клиентов будет много, и можно ничего не делать. Цена за номер завышена.

“actually i loved everything. The room was new, clean, the location was perfect, the breakfast was great. It takes not more than 7 minutes by feet to Kremlin, and Arbat street is just practically next door :) The staff was helpful to find me the way to the conference i needed to go.
