Excellent location, helpful and courteous staff.

Very slow internet service

The people at the front desk and bar seemed nice. The cleaning staff, restaurant and maintenance were incompetent.

- I entered my room and found that I had *no toilet paper* (after I had used the toilet!) - no water bottles replenished - the Internet was very, very slow - the first day, I couldn't even find the Internet plug! I had to ask someone from the hotel to help me and she couldn't find it, either! So the first day I had no Internet ! The Internet was really hard to setup: the plug was in the bedroom, but the only table was in the main room, which necessitate a long, 20 foot cable that snaked along the floor! - the power didn't work in the plugs nearest the desk. So, I had to sit at the table by the TV (!!) to do work. I couldn't sit comfortably because the tv cabinet has no place for my knees! - my room was not cleaned one of the days I was there - the shower was impossible to use for any sustained period without creating a puddle of water - it is impossible to fully open the curtains in the main room - the white curtain is always there. I wanted sunlight. - my friends' rooms smelled of urine and smoke. In this respect, my room was a little better because it did not smell disgusting - the noise of the construction was frustrating - all of these things are bad, but at $350 USD per evening, they are simply unacceptable. UNACCEPTABLE! 350 is a LOT of money for anybody to spend in russia, tokyo, lomdon, new york or los angeels, and imexpected much, much better seervice. There were, I discovered, Marriott, and sheratons in the city that were nearby and much, much cheaper. My company chose this hotel, but I will NEVER stay there again and i will recommend that none of my friends stay there, either. Atrocious.

The best locationed hotel I ever had in Moscow. Value for money o.k. Good breakfast. Correct bathroom.

Furniture in the room old fashioned, but correct.

Hotel is in the center of city, good resyaurant in the yard

Osoblje na recepciji, u restoranu i u lobby baru bez osmijeha na licu, soba neočišćena cijeli dan te i nakon upozorenja da je potrebno čišćenje sobe, ista nije očišćena, kriva informacija o cijeni taksija do aerodroma.

Удобное месторасположение в центре Москвы, тихий, чистый отель. Доброжелательный персонал.

Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter; sehr abgewohntes Zimmer; Klimaanlage ineffizient, zu laut, aber bei 35° Außentemperatur unabdingbar.
