Since the moment I entered the hostel I felt very comfortable because we were met by very hospitable staff who helped us with advice, we were offered with coffee, places to have rest while we had been waiting for our room to be prepared(came early). Guys are very friendly (especially Masha and Vyacheslav!!! Thank u guys a lot!!!!!)) the hostel is a great mix of cultures and decorated in very unique way! Rooms are nice and beds so comfortable to sleep on. There u would be able to get proper rest for the next day of ur sightseeing in Moscow! Guys I wish u all the best)))) spasibo very much!!!!!
Good location Friendly staff Cheap Clean
Wi-Fi was not working fine
great staff - nice young people who speak excellent english and very helpful warm environment kitchen equipped with everything grocery shop in front of hostel
too hot in the room - was travelling in July but we were provided with a fan when asked for it water extreemly hot, not in all showers you can use cold water poor WIFI - not able to connect from the room.. have to go to reception
Location, have nice kitchen, price
If hostel can send an email to me before pre-charged the first-day fee. It would be better. Took some time to find it.
The staff. Very kind, good humored, and willing to help. Location vs. price. Walking distance from metro stations, supermarket, Kremlin, Bolshoi ballet. Comfortable living room. Nice kitchen. Shower ok.
Stuffy environment. Strong colors of the walls helps it. And gives also an not so clean appearance. Room didn't have too much space for luggage.
Very friendly people
Shouwer well were blocked water flowed very slowly away.
Best of all = location.
Mosquitoes!!! Put some screens on the windows.
The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They knew both Russian and English (amongst other languages) and were always willing to help with everything. In terms of facilities, it is what you expect for a hostel - common bathroom and kitchen. It got very crowded for a few days, and the bathroom was difficult to use during those times. There are only 2 bathrooms (1 toilet, 1 shower each) for the hostel, although they are constructing one more bathroom.
The area had many mosquitoes in May, and there were no screens on the windows.
Staff is friendly.
The entire hostel has only 2 showers and 3 toilettes. Floor is always wet even flooded During my stay one is under renovation, makes it extremely difficult to use. We have to queue for shower. The kitchen is dirty, people left unwashed dishes in the sink. Our food in frig was eaten. Carpet in the room is quite smelly.
We had a great time staying at this hostel - the staff were really helpful and friendly and great at speaking english with us. The hostel had a really fun and homely feel and it was great to spend time with the staff and other Russian students there to get to know more about the culture - and try the vodka of course ;) It's a great location and was really easy to get the metro to see the sights. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and fine for our short stay. We had an amazing experience in Moscow and hope to see you again one day!
Tons of moscitos... strange smell in the whole building... no clean service in rooms... dirty bathrooms with old hair from other guests in the shower for days...
Staff friendly and helpful
Price and staff
Too much mosquitoes!! And the bed is not clean!!
The location was good, 7-10 mins from the metro station, just 2 metro stops away from the center
There were only two bathrooms available, which was absolutely not enough for the whole hostel. We had to wait up to 30 mins each morning to get into the bathroom. Internet connection was not good, only in the lobby it was possible to connect to the network. Some of the rooms were really small. And it smells strange in the house.
Staff is very friendly - explained and showed everything they could, even treated me with some chocolates. The hostel is pretty close to the Metro station, and other different things.
Bed fleas! (Or bed bugs, I am not too familiar with insects) At night I woke up because I started scratching myself and my legs and hands were so itchy. I thought that was an allergy to the washing detergent or something (linen I slept on might have been washed with some sort of it) so I did not pay too much attention to it. However in the morning I realized I have bite marks all over my legs and arms! It has been 2 days since I left but it is still itchy like hell, I even needed to wash my travel bags just to make sure I did not bring these fleas back home with me.
Probably the lowest level of comfort I've ever seen.
Good location, nearly in the center but at quiet little street. Plenty of theaters and museums are nearby. 15 minutes from underground station. 24h reception, good kitchen.
Some problems in bathrooms.
i will be back in RUSSIA i will try again to have a room in that place .
Very nice and helpful staff, not as official as in hotels but still very professional. You go, girls! Cool location, big TV :D
Cleanliness in the rooms was not the best, maybe because it wasn't cleaned every day, but also some guests were a bit messy
Отличный хостел, чувствуешь себя как дома. Метро и Кремль близко. Осталась очень довольна, в следующий раз с удовольствием там же остановлюсь
Location and prices
everything cuz we're like at home)))
The location and staff are excellent.
The mattress with springs is very uncomfortable. The soundproofing is poor
Near location to Metro Station.
Always musty smell. Noisy even at night, very suspicious neighours( drink alcohol, smoke inside)...Perhaps they live there permanently.
Great location, friendly personnel. Very good value for that money.
It's noisy till 01:00 and after 07:00. Shared toilets (shower inside) are often occupied.
