The location is perfect, close to the Kremlin and the Red Square. Compare to other hotel in Moscow it also has a (relative) good price.

Hospitability of the staff

I was looking for a hotel nearby the Red Square at an “affordable” price. With respect to location it is one of the best hotels you can find in Moscow, being a five minute walk from the Kremlin entrance. When I arrived at 8 am, I was offered breakfast and was able to keep my luggage in a secured place. The receptionist was also so kind to give me some first advice. When I came back in the evening I was guided to my room and was very happy to see that it was a very clean and quiet room with a good mattress. Conclusion: I will definitely return to this hotel when back in Moscow!

Location, location and once more location. Great place to reach any place in Moscow. Three metro stations within 500-600 meters. Cleaning was kept nice, no interference with guests. Room comfort proper. Pillows feather-stuffed. Staff behind the counter helpful and willing. Very kind girls, which raise up the hotel's overall quality. If not the price I would not moan about those negative aspects.

Price is off the hook, in any place in eu for this rate you get a full service top quality room. It generally reflects a regular not outstanding (in any direction ), 3* hotel. This hotel is not by any rate 4 stars IMO of course. Internet connection works but the quality is rather poor, slightly above typical 3G level. The biggest issue I had is that the breakfast area is in the looby, right next to the reception counter. Both strange and uncomfortable, especially in winter, when it is freezing outside and someone enters bringing -15*C. Breakfast quality is a total misunderstanding. One of the most modest I have ever encountered. None of those above is very problematic, so for business and sightseeing purposes is totally acceptable.

Small rooms, small breakfast area.

I enjoyed my weekend visit there. It's a great location for visiting city centre. Staff were friendly and helpfully. The room was very comfortable an clean. I had no faults or complaints about this hotel and have no problem recommending it to other visitors.

The location was great, convienient for all major sights. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English.

The breakfast arrangements were rather cramped.

Location is very good, just down town. Red Square is a walking distance, about 10 min. The nearest undergroud station is next to hotel, 5 min. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. Расположение отеля отличное, в самом центре города, до Красной площади пешком 10 мин, до ближайшей станции метро - 5 мин. Номера чистые, комфортабельные.

The day befor check-up the hotel has made block of credit card. Breakfast is very poor, it does't correspond to 4-stars hotel, it was bad, worse than in most of 3-stars hotels, even espresso is absent. The price is high in comparison to similar hotels in Europe. Generally speaking Hotel deserves only 3 stars. За сутки до заезда отель произвел преавторизацию кредитной карты. Завтрак - более, чем скудный, не соответствует даже 3-м звездам, нет даже эспрессо. Цена, по сравнению с аналогичными отелями в Европе, гораздо выше. Больше 3-х звезд отель не заслуживает.

Location & staff friendly .

Wonderful location close to the most important attractions. Reception people speak english. Price was more convenient than other similar hotels. Room is OK with confortable bed, quiet place. Medium size of hotel, which I like.

Just one big mistake by reception people: I booked with the hotel a taxi to pick me up at the airport and it never arrived after being waiting more than one hour. It seems they sent it to another airport (there are 3 in Moscow). Practically they did not apologize. Just a simple "sorry". Very tough service, as usual in Russia. Wifi is very weak in the room. Breakfast is really poor. Very bad quality. It would better less tinghs and better quality.

Quite good hotel with very convenient location - in the center of Moscow near the Kremlin, so no need to waste time for buses, subways transporting, etc. Very clean and comfortable inside, clean carpets on the floor, clean curtains, very clean and new bathroom. The hotel personnel is very friendly, all of them - bar men, reception girls and especially porter :-) My mom and myself really enjoyed the hotel and time we spent in Moscow. Reasonable balance "Price and Quality".
