We liked the restaurant "Timur" advertized in the lift for its special atmosphere the evening we were there. The parking was uncomplicated. On the side towards Leninsky prospect somebody might find it noisy (in the 8-th floor). Bur it was possible to sleep.

Nothing. The bed was disgusting. I still have pain around my belly. Bedsprings were about to come out. Like an indian bed with nails! There were escort girls at the bar at nights and was asking to the hotel customers everytime to make them massage! And they were very relax. Seems this hotel was their usual working area. Will never stay there again.

I did not feel to be a welcomed person, they would turn me around if not my last minute reservation at booking. Rooms are extremely noisy, especially those that come off to Leninsky prospect.

The hotel was very cleaned and the buffet was very tasty. I booked standard double room, when I arrived they gave me a twin room without tea/coffee maker as mention in the webpage. I requested to change my room to standard double, a staff called 'Oleg' said there no room in this hotel, and I when back to my room again and check there still got another 4 double room left over. I when back again to the staff 'oleg' and showed him there still have 4 room left, he told me that the rooms were dirty need to be clean first and he said will called us after 30mins. After 40mins, they still didn't called us, when we went down, he is gone. The receptionist is a liar. The check in time was 2p.m, and when got there almost 6p.m but we don't clean room. Disappointing and terrible.

Value for money. Stable and free WiFi in rooms and all public areas. Convenient location for traveling by car in South, South-West parts of Moscow. Not very comfortable beds in standard rooms. You should pay extra 12USD per night for car parking.

Very similar to Izmailovo Beta Hotel if you ever stayed there. Useful if you travel via Vnukovo airport. Old hotel. It seems like you're back in USSR. Everything inside room is old and dirty.

The hotel is situated very conveniently : near Yugo-zapadnaya metro station and by one of the main Moscow roads, Leninsky avenue. The building is very old and includes a lot of businesses from shops and restaurants to spa. The rooms are modest but clean and include everything you need: towels, soap, etc. A decent breakfast is included in the room price. When travelling by car, be aware that hotel parking is a miniature and what's more it's not free for hotel guests (70 RuB per hour). The hotel staff is very reserved and not smiling at all, more than that only 1 of the 3 receptionists was respectful and operative with answers and help.

Hotel gives a good room, quite good location and good breakfast. Ventilation system works very bad. I suppose room for smokers is below my room, so the smoking smell from that room felt in my room, but I reserved room for non smokers.
