odbiór i dowóz na lotnisko punktualny, miła i uczynna obsługa, czysto, jak na standard bardzo dobre wyposażenie pokoju Zbyt krótko otwarty bufet ze skromna ofertą, estetyka otoczenia poza hotelem pozostawia wiele do życzenia, słyszalne wyraźnie (ale nie nazbyt uciążliwie) samoloty, brak śniadania w cenie hotelu, sugerowana w opisie cena śniadania okazała się ponad dwukrotnie niższa od zapłaconej rzeczywiście, kłopoty z realizacją płatności kartą |

good design,clean,comfortable,very cozyHotel's stuff are very polite,ready tohelp even with guests you expested. In my case hotel's stuff picked up my guest from station and I did not know about it. It was very nice surprise for me. Food is good quality. |

The proximity of the hotel to the Sheremetyevo Hotel, the price paid and the free transportation to and from the airport couldn't be better. |

Very friendly staff, nice decoration, clean, near the airport. The transfer from the airport was not very efficient, nor the driver friendly. Strange, maybe just bad luck? |

1. The food at the restaurant (actually, more like a cafe) was really tasty. 2. The wireless Internet works in the cafe. So, if you don't need to leave right after you check out, you can use the Internet until you depart. 1. The hotel web site lies: it is not 5.3 kms from the svo airport (Sheremetyevo 1). It took the hotel's driver >25 mins to get from the terminal to the hotel door. 2. There is no lift - so, be warned if you have heavy bags to take up the several flights of stairs. 3. The hotel management does not allow even 15 mins extra time in the room - so, stay past 1200 and you get charged by the hour! |

Very nice and quiet hotel, close to Sheremetyevo airport, sat-tv, excellent restaurant, free Wi-Fi on all floors, free shuttle service to/from the airport. |

Conveniently located close to airport - avoid traffic when getting there. In the middle of nowhere with difficult access to the city = expensive and time consuming. Hotel should prepare much better info about access to hotel because even my taxi driver could not find it for 30 min. |

Hôtel sympathique car près de l'aéroport Sheremietevo de Moscou et qui ne nécessite pas d'aller prendre une chambre dans Moscou. L'hôtel offre une navette gratuite pour les aller-retour à l'aéroport. Un autre avantage est le restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, bien pratique quand on arrive tard. C'est un hôtel proche de l'aéroport et dans l'alignement d'une piste. Bruyant mais les avions s'arrêtent la nuit et repartent vers 5:30. Ce n'est pas un hôtel de séjour, mais pour passer une nuit entre 2 avions. Comme tout ce qui est en Russie, les prix sont faramineux. |

L'aimabilité du personnel de l'hotel, sa courtoisie, et son sens dévoué pour la clientele. Les taxis ne trouvent pas l'hotel qui est tres isolé et pourtant assez pres de l'aeroport.Heureusement, l'hotel met à disposition un service de navette entre l'aeroport et l'hotel; pour les autres destinations, il faut un gps dans le taxi. |

Es ist privat geführt. Somit sehr persönlich. Ist nicht überall so in Russland. Die Probleme wurden sofort bearbeitet. Das Frühstückangebot könnte etwas üppiger sein. |

zeer rustig hotel alleen de vliegtuigen maken veel herrie die er over heen vliegen, sauna was nog nier klaar stond wel in folder?bediening een is nieuw en moet nog veel leren ,eten in resturant goed ontbijt matig. zeer afgelegen buiten moscow +/- 45 km. niets te doen in de omgeving. |
