The staff was excellent and very friendly. They have solved all our unexpected problems with a smile (our car battery died). I would definitely recommend the hotel for other travellers. |

We made a reservation for a hotel room and we received an appartment, quite large. Breakfast is quite basic |

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel provided us with an additional Microwave for our small kid.The Staff speaks fairly decent English. The Restaurant is an added asset to the Hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Metro & Bus Stops. A 'Prodyukti' (Grocery Store) is nearby for those visiting with small kids. The hotel definitely needs to subscribe to some international/ English television channels. The rates are marginally higher considering the facilities available. |

The staff was more than excellent, very helpful. Their English was marvelously not bad. City center, 5 minutes from the subway. Spacious room with the good design. Breakfast with cold and hot dishes. WiFi worked good. Very nice beer restaurant, cheap business-lunch (it’s about 3 euro). I think I’ll cannot become thin… "Schweinehaxe"( it’s really crazy enormous pork foreshank!) was too tasty… Good restaurant))) |

it was in the middle of town. near metro. Breakfast was good. My room was facing the the open space at the back. 2nd floor. Had mosquitoes. But were provided with mosquito repellent. |

The room is nice. I think every room was renovated not long ago. Wood floor, the walls, and bathroom look like new. There is a lcd tv too. Their water pressure in the shower is excellent, the strongest I have ever seen. The walls are too thin. Bring your ear plugs. In the middle of the night I heard people talking so loud and early morning the people next door turned on their tv and I could not sleep. Their front office staff do not speak English. |

it was ok. Nice room. But bulding and lift quite old. A bit far from metro station and price a bit expensive consifering that for the same price you can stay in a 4stars hotel much better. but generally is quite good if you do not find someting better and cheaper bit far from metro |

Location at downtown and close to the major St petersburg highlight and shopping area Internet is not working in Apartment. Hotel officer speaks Russian - take a long time for waiting the translator. No tour operator brochure at the hotel |

Es war eine angenehme Atmosphäre, für den Preis, war das Appartment seht schön, sauber und völlig ausreichend. Ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen. |

Все понравилось, отель легко найти (на доме большая вывеска, видно издалека). Уютный номер, есть все необходимое. Отзывчивый персонал (особенно понравилась Юлия - без проблем дала всю нужную информацию). Порадовало наличие горячих блюд на завтрак. В следующий раз опять остановлюсь в этом отеле. |

De kamer was schoon en de badkamer was zo goed als nieuw. Gratis internet en de taxi bij het weggaan was adequaat besteld. Hij kwam op tijd. Het ontbijt vond ik teleurstellend. Er is een hoop straatrumoer door de ligging vlak bij de Nevsky Prospect. Het is meer een kamerverhuurbedrijf dan een hotel, qua service. |

Просторный и красивый номер. Большой современный телефизор с наличием российских каналов. Очень хорошая ванна с большими тюбиками Etro, что было приятно))) Отель очень тяжело найти. На входе нет ни какой вывиски кроме медной таблички читаемой с растояния метра. Необходимо сделать чуть более заметным вход. Наличие всей информации на русском языке. |

Que le personnel puisse répondre à mes questions quant aux extra paiement. Qu ils comprennent et parlent anglais . Et surtout qu ils fassent un effort pour parler autre chose que le russe alors qu il sont referencés sur un site internet donc exposés à une clientèle internationnale. Pour aller recuperer nos billets pour le Mariinsky ( equivalent de l Opera Garnier a Paris ) ils n ont jamais ete capable de me repondre et le plus insupportable au lieu d essayer de nous aider ils se marrent entre eux en russe.Donc en resumé hotel et chambres sympa mais personnel incompétent.Merci |
