Good location in the city center, but all rooms are noisy. This hotel is only for smokers, it has smell of sigarettes in every room, i have tried 6 of them, until i got to a smoked room but with window not to a street. But even in this room i was woken up at 7am with a garbage collectors truck right under the window. The staff is absolutely useless, they are not believe nothing you are saying, they always have their own opinion, i felt like i was back in the ussr in this modern hotel. Btw, in every room there is an ashtray on a table, but the staff assured me that the hotel is non smoking.

It's rather big room. I was surpriced very much about they to demand us to pay in advance and also leave a deposit for minibar! What the hell is this? We also had to wait after check out when they would check the room and count the food and beverages which we could take from the minibar! Till midnight it was a loud music somewhere inside the hotel so it was impossible to sleep! There was hard porno movies broadcasted on the 13 channel, it was a shock for all my family including young daughter! So I think that all this thongs arevunacceptable for 4-stars hotel and must not cost $200 per night!

номер очень комфортабельный, кровати и матрас отличного качества, ванная комната отличный ремонт и дизайн! все понравилось! завтрак тоже хороший! не понравилось вечером в ресторане , шумные посетители из стран близкого зарубежья ! ведут себя отвратительно, ругаются матом , пьяные! обслуживающий персонал и охрана не могут навести порядок! обидно что два посетителя могут испортить всю положительную атмосферу отеля!

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не первый раз. Придраться не к чему. Все как всегда отлично. Внимание к мелочам, отношение, чистота, качество - все на уровне. Отличный ресторан. За годы отель не испортился, полностью сохранил все положительное, что в нем было. Отдельно хочу отметить великолепную постель, вставать с нее не хочется. Пожалуй этот отель одно из немногих мест, из-за которого хочется вернуться в Ростов-на-Дону. Думаю, лучше отель, чем Атташе, в Ростове-на-Дону не найти.

- приветливый персонал - очень комфортная кровать - удобное месторасположение - хорошо оборудованный номер (чайник, утюг, фен и т.д.) - скромный завтрак за дополнительную плату

Хорошее расположение в самом центре города, отличный ресторан на первом этаже, хорошие номера (качественные отделочные материалы). При поселении не предупреждают о том, что завтрак в стоимость номера не входит.

Our 3rd stay here, so we like it. Small staff speaks good English Very responsive to all requests such as more bottled water, extra duvet cover, directions to certain locations. Very loud pulsating sound in elevator is hard on the ears - at least there is an elevator. Door stopper in floor of room 404 is placed directly in front of the only closet with hangars - thus foot injuries may occur when reaching for clothing - be careful!
