Good staff - helps me with internet. No noise. Music in shower. Good bed. There was no internet. Strange shower. |

Friendly personnel, Room and bathroom modern and OK. Clean. Hotel situated not too far from city center (30 min. walk from Hermitage) and several eateries in area. Building in which hotel is housed (hotel itself not!) and direct environment are run down. Hotel not easy to find, but with help of "Bookings map" nevertheless possible. Breakfast simple, do not expect too much. |

Location, quiet and spacious. The staff were very helpfull and efficient with the documents concearning the obtention of the Visas to visit Russia, before our arrival. Poor breakfast and the building where the 'hotel' is located. The hotel itself are 7 rooms, on a 2nd floor of a very old building, that needs urgent refurbishing, with almost no indications from the outside. The rooms were nice and spacious after the first impact on the arrival (it was like searching an address in an abandonned building). |

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room (despite dredful exterior), great shower, nice breakfast. Nearly impossible to find without additional instructions (for which I had to phone from my mobile after searching for a long time - not exactly cheap), no visible signs, off the main street in what might look as a "questionable" courtyard. Once you find it though, the interior i very nice for the price and for st. petersburg standard. |

Availability of drinking water for hotel guests Hotel was located in a dilapidated building which was diffcult to find. Construction ongoing in the area. Curtain in the room was a small piece of cloth which did not effectively block out sunlight. Informed hotel staff abt this but was told nothing could be done. |

Breakfast was very good for me especially american. Rooms are very nice because of new furniture. Mini-bar was full I think the hotel administration have to make a new entrance to the hotel. |

It is difficult to find out the hotel. Guest cannot enter the hotel unless Hotel staff did open lock, but was not able to enter because the staff slept once. |

Rooms are nice and clean The hotel is practically a large soviet communal apartment converted into a number of rooms. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel, and it can hardly be considered a hotel. It would have been excellent, if the cost was appropriate... However the kind of money they are asking is extortionate for this makeshift hotel. |

It was just a wonderful stay for a 3-star hotel and the staff was super-friendly; they quickly explained why the entrance is in this temporary condition. They assisted me with finding all the places I needed to find, calling a cab, translating useful sentences into Russian, washing my clothes for free, and on more than one occasion we had a good laugh at the reception. |

La situation géografique est excellente, les chambres sont confortables, très propres, salle douche récente. Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Désolée pour les étrangers, même pour des russes trouver cet hôtel n'est pas facile. Certaines filles à la réception sont moins aimables que les autres, et parlent pas bien anglais. Pour le petit déjeuner parfois il faut demander deux fois. |

Приятный мини-отель, почти домашняя атмосфера. Умело подобранный для небольшого помещения дизайн. Отзывчивый персонал. Отличное месторасположение - недалеко от центра, но глубине двора, так что можно было выспаться. И очень веселая душевая кабина - с гидромассажем и радио Предложения есть: 1) персоналу все-таки стоит освоить хоть один иностранный язык (из 4 администраторов, встретившихся нам, только одна девушка прилично говорила по-английски); 2) установите кофе-машину - это только в России принято пить растворимый кофе=)))) |

Удобное расположение, приветливые девочки на ресепшене. Свежая минигостиница, все приятно и уютно. Сделать посерьезнее завтрак, поставить кондиционер для того, чтобы можно было поддерживать комфортный климат, потому что с открытым окном прохладно и много комаров, а с закрытым душно. |

Отель удачно расположен, недалеко от центра города. Недавно сделан ремонт. Новая мебель. Удобная ванная комната. Приличные завтраки. В свободном доступе чай, кофе,пользование микроволновой печью и холодильной камерой. Вежливый отзывчивый персонал. Платяной шкаф в номер. Есть очень маленькие по площади номера, которые должны быть использованы для проживания одного человека, а не двух. Хотелось бы, если не ежедневной уборки, то хоть смены полотенец и гигиенических принадлежностей, без дополнительных просьб и напоминаний. |

Чистые аккуратные номера, удобное расположение рядом с Московским вокзалом, интересный дизайн интерьера, тишина. Желателен завтрак "Шведский стол", телефон в номере, шкаф для одежды и белья, телевизор с НАСТРОЕННЫМИ каналами (у нас работал всего один канал) |

Lage war gut. Die Leute am Empfang waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sauber. Das Badezimmer neu und funktionell. Sehr ruhige Hinterhof-Lage Auf e-mails betreff Visa support bekam ich keine Antwort. Die Zimmer waren viel kleiner als die reservierten. Das versprochene Schlafsofa gab es nicht - das Zusatzbett war ein quietschendes Feldbett. Toast am morgen schimmlig. |

Отель, действительно, мини. Чисто, уютно. Хотела остановиться в небольшом отеле в старом питерском доме ...с историей. Автограф - именно такой отель. Усовершенствовать настойчиво рекомендую завтраки. Они не соответствуют категории 3 звезды. Либо вообще исключите их. Растворимый кофе, "йогурт" на крахмале, полусырое яйцо, которое невозможно очистить, гостям подавать не стоит и называть это континентальным или американским завтраком тем более!! |

уютный номер с новой мебелью и сантехникой, доброжелательный персонал, удобное расположение отеля (близость к Московскому вокзалу) замучили комары) пластиковые окна есть, а сеток нет... пришлось обрызгивать всю комнату спреем простив насекомых, чтобы хоть как-то уснуть |

Территориальное расположение отеля. Необходимо побольше развесить указателей для поиска отеля. Да данный момент найти отель - задача не простая |
