Just need to have better pillow’s both my friend’s and myself had neck pain due to very very soft pillows.Need to have combination of pillows hard and soft.
Hotel is located in loft style business district with some nice bars around.
Some visitors still smoke in the rooms though the hotel is smoking free. Hotel should severely penalise violators. Thank to these guys we had to change the room. Smoke smell was awfull.
Elevators are slow and no possibilities to use stairs
Very clean, wonderful care for guests, friendly and helpful, necessary things in the room, and thick curtain helped to cover early morning sunshine during summer time.
Vibration from the tram, which was right beside of my room side. Far from the nearest metro station (2 bus stop distance).
Tramline right in front of hotel, Very convenient commuting, but awful at night or when you try to sleep.
Impossible to park during week day
Nice and clean room. Stuff are really help. Not far from city center. Periodically good price.
Too minimalist approach. Room,Bathroom are too small. But still hotel is quiet modern and clean.
Modern hotel has nice design and all facilities for comfort stay
Modern Design, clean rooms
Hotel suroundinds is wery noisy big street, lot of dust and traffic, The metro station is quite far..
Superb value for money in a very stylish hotel that puts other Moscow hotels to shame
Wifi is not very strong even to receive regular emails :(
Overall quality of the hotel Cleanliness Friendly and English-proefficient staff Close to the metro station
The hotel was little hard to find first Wifi-connection in the hotel
Approach to hotel from Tulskaya metro station is under train bridges and area doesn't seem very safe at night, but when you pass those bridges rest is fine
the staff were friendly and helpful and we will use this hotel again
free wifi, clean room
just average stay, very convenient location.
some signs of age: dented furniture, permanent water spots in bathroom floor. Last night on Saturday wasn't able to sleep due to a very loud teenagers party with screaming till 5 am. Very surprise to see it in the business hotel. You might lose your business customers if this becomes a standard
Breakfast OK wifi OK location OK
mini WC. When wanted to read newspapers, necessary to have open doors.
Location next to my office, clean rooms, service-oriented staff
5th floor gets cold in winter, temperature control in rooms difficult
The whole experience was great. The hotel was extremely comfortable and the staff was polite. Easy to find and public transportation is also available.
Room was too warm for my standards, but perfect according to my girlfriend. Don´t see it as a problem but wanted to share.
Excellent value for money.
Everything is nice and clean, like new
Very quite, good food, good restaurant , I loved very much modern design, very friendly/rofessional staff at the reception, clean, good beds, good location ( close to 3rd ring road), Wi-Fi was perfect always in the room.
Standard rooms are very small, even no spaces to put toileteries near the bed. No gim. Not so cheap for 3* due to WE standard.
The staff was very helpful, they ordered taxi's for us and even helped explain to the drivers where we wanted to go.
The temperature in the rooms was a bit high and you could not really turn it down.
Nice, clean, modern comfortable hotel. I was very pleased. I travel a lot within Europe and this hotel is of a very good European-level 3-stars hotel.
Location is quite an issue. It is about 10 minutes walk to the subway station but the path goes under some bridges and roads and it is a bit scarring if walking at night time.
The staff are very friendly and helpful (especially by Russian standards) and generally speak good English. The hotel is clean and modern. Everything you can expect from a budget hotel is there. The rooms are small but comfortable and not noisy at all. Windows can be opened (try to get a room on the back side of the building, away from Varshavskoe Shosse, which is both noisy and polluted). The temperature in the rooms was fine (not particularly warm, which I prefer) but could be adjusted using the thermostat (although it took half the day for the temperature to actually change). The showers are fairly large, come with large shower heads and the water pressure is excellent. The beds are also a good size, with the matresses being rather soft (this is neither good nor bad, just thought I'd mention it). As for the location, I was somewhat apprehensive before booking as some commenters had stated here that the metro is 20-30 mins walking distance from the hotel. That is most definately nonesense. I timed the walk twice, and even with the 60-second stop at the red light we made it in 11 minutes (walking at normal pace). The walk may seem somewhat scary, but the area is generally safe (considered so by native Moscovites) and there is little reason to be concerned. We encountered nobody we thought may do us harm on the way during our 10-day stay. As for conncetivity, Tulskaya station is only one stop away from the circle line and two stops away from Tverskaya, which means getting to downtown Moscow takes about 30-45 mins from the hotel door.
If you are like us and find yourself constantly stripped for cash and don't want to pay 600 rub per capita for breakfast, then you will find that cheap supermarkets are rather hard to come by in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The largest and most convenient (but somewhat pricy) is located in the shopping centre on Yerevan Plaza right next to the metro entrance.
