Не вежливый и хамский персонал в ресторане,если хотите отведать несвежей еды и отравиться то вам в кафе на берегу.Грязные стены и неприятный запах в номере,отвратительный roomservice забрал посуду из номера только после 3 звонков,на территории не чем заняться и очень скучно.Все очень дорого.

хороший, вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. номера не большие по площади, но очень комфортные. есть бассейн с сауной, бесплатный для отдыхающих в отеле. у отеля очень маленькая территория, гулять не где. вокруг отеля дачные поселки, леса рядом нет. отель подойдет только для пляжного отдыха в теплый период.

красивый вид на водохранилище, свежий воздух на территории, близость для путешественников по воде грязный номер, неприятный запах во всех помещениях, несвежая еда в избе (кафе рядом), грубое общение одной из девушек за рецепшн

Очень скучно территория маленькая негде прогулятьса , бассейн маленький , за солярий надо платить хотя написано что бесплатно , оборудование в ванных комнатах сломано , халатов нет , тапочек тоже 120 евро за такой номер , бред

Bardzo ładnie położony nad wodą, czysty I spokojny hotel. Wszystkie usługi w bardzo wysokim standardzie. śWietne miejsce na odpoczynek, jak I przerwę w podróży.

хорошее расположение, чистый номер Если вы приезжаете без брони, стоимость номера увеличивается на 1300 рублей. Территория очень маленькая. Аква-парка на самом деле нет (2 трубы недостроены)

Тихо, комфортно, отличные возможности для занятия спортом, красивое место, хорошие завтраки, функцииональные чистые номера. Не удобно добираться общественным транспортом.

The "business" room is spacious enough and with a balcony. Wi-fi works properly in all areas. Breakfast was ok, with lot of hot food and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. You can buy toilettries at the reception. The restaurant in the main building works 24/7 The water in the bathroom has this particular ferriferous smell which is typical for old properties in Moscow region. Some people could find it annoying

Тихое спокойное место Ужасное обслуживание в ресторане. На завтраке омлет готовили 32 минуты, сослашись на то что горячие блюда готовятся 30 мин. Официант не извинился и вёл себя крайне недоброжелательно!
