the hotel designed in luxurious style. Hotel staff was very good. Not the best location for city trip. And the price could be less be cause of the location.

Very little to criticise, loved the design and materials and detail, room was wonderful and well maintained, breakfast was great and satisfied all tastes, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Fantastic spa and pool wish I could have stayed longer.

One of the best hotels in Moscow if you want to be away from the busy city... Located in the heart of Barvikha Luxury City surrounded by luxury stores, this is the right place if you want to be around fine people with more taste and an understanding for privacy and luxury living... Highly recommended...

замечательный дизайнерский отель и номера. все материалы очень высокого качества. персонал очень вежлив и приятен. у отеля есть своё авто "бентли", всего за 4 т.р. в час. считаю не дорого, но из-за того, что машина одна, она часто занята. кому достанутся окна на рублёвку, с 6 утра будут просыпаться вместе с воем мигалок.

персонал, номера и сам отель идеален. тихо и спокойно. идеально для шопинга. невозможно попасть в спа из-за большого количества "рублевских" жителей, занявших все расписание. нет никакой территории кроме небольшой улицы с бутиками.

Прекрасная кухня , велико лепная обстановка в номерах, да в целом понравилось все. Спасибо . Кондиционер работал шумно, а окна открывать не рекомендовано.

Мало отдыхающих в бассейне и SPA. Отель подходит для отдыхающих в номере, комфортно, удобно, никто не мешает. Хороший завтрак до 12 часов. Не работал в номере DVD. Для любителей сочетать природу и отдых в отеле - Барвиха не подойдет (природы нет - это как гостиница в городе). Очень мягкие подушки, правда, после нашей просьбы, заменили на более твердые.

Всегда все хорошо, приезжаю как домой,каждый раз кажется что в отеле живет несколько человек. взяли депозит в размере 10 т.р. на случай, если я предполагаю пользоваться услугами в номере или ресторане. Мне кажется что в отношении постоянных клиентов, со стабильной репутацией этого можно не делать.Если какие-то моменты и будут обнаружены после отъезда гостя это можно решить по телефону, тем более что при заезде всегда авторизуется банковская карта. Т.е. претензия не к сумме а к самому факту депозита.Или уже гости пошли ненадежные?

Очень удачно расположен, при условии что Вы приехали на мероприятие в концертный зал. Номера в хорошем состоянии, большие. Были проблемы с водой в номере - для такого отеля, в рамках того что это спа отель, давление воды и потоянно меняющееся тепмература душа - не удовлетворительно.

Нам все понравилось !!! Мы были с молодым человеком, я у в этом отеле не в первый раз отдыхаю , а вот мой молодой человек в первый раз был, ему так понравилось , что он до сих пор под впечатлением! Я очень люблю ваш отель, приедем снова :-) Нам все понравилось, единственное о чем жалеем это то что проспали завтрак:-(

очень комфортно и шикарно все В сауне была оторвана дверь, при всем том, что это спа... возможно это произошло прямо перед моим визитом и устранить не успели. Сауна и хамам - в раздевалках, соответственно раздельные для М и Ж

Атмосфера, обслучивание,интерьер. Я обожаю Ваш отель. В Москве аналогов нет!! Все нравится !!!( но в последнее время не кладут соль для ванн в косметический набор , очень хочется с дороги сразу принять ванну , не звонить на рецепцию и ждать когда принесут ))

На мой взгляд - уверенная пятерка мирового уровня (были в стандартном номере). Потрясающий и необычный дизайн везде. Огромное спасибо, тому кто все это придумал, чувствуется вдохновленная рука созидателя! Вместе с тем все очень теплая атмосфера и за все два дня пребывание у меня было ощущение, что я на Марсе! Слишком много слишком нежных сырников на завтрак!
