Mi è piaciuta la pulizia e la confortevolezza delle camere, il bagno grande e pulito, in generale una atmosfera accogliente. Il ristorante è ottimo anche se non comprende una sala non fumatori. La colazione molto abbondante e varia, il buffet sempre molto fornito anche verso l'ora di chiusura. La lontananza dalla metropolitana, ci vogliono almeno 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la prima fermata. Il riscaldamento nella camera troppo alto e non regolabile. |

la posizione dell'hotel impossibile regolare la temperatura (costantemente altissima) del riscaldamento, quindi costretto a tenere aperta la finestra (fuori c'erano -20°C!!! e rumore incessante dal'esterno); inoltre la stanza è stata evidentemente ricavata con pareti di cartongesso da un altro ambiente (quindi insonorizzazione inesistente con le camere attigue ed il corridoio) |

A big efficient mid-price hotel, good breakfast, cash machine in the lobby. Enjoyed seeing the trotters training outside our window every morning. Location is halfway between two metro stations so it's a 20-30 minute walk to the metro whichever way you go. It got boring after the first few times. We are young and fit but it would be too far for some people. |

We stayed here with my wife during our business trip and we were very pleased with this hotel. We will surely stay here again. All staff in reception and rezervation were very helpfull and experienced. Taxi service was good and not expensive like other hotels. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was the best for this price. Lobby furniture may be changed |

All was excellent! Great value for the money. Stuff was also quick and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The only minus was that the hotel is about 15 walk from the nearest undeground station and there was no any information to locate it easier,. |

Location, near the Hypodrome, quiet, nice breakfast and good meals, friendly and helpfull staff (reception, reservation office and restaurant). There are an ATM inside the main hall. Very helpfull service with the paperwork to obtain the Visa to visit Russia, in advance of our trip. We stayed for 2 periods (5 and 3 nights). It was not possible to pay the room service, laundry and the restaurant expenses with Debit or Credit cards, only in cash. There was a debit concearning one reservation that we cancelled in advance but Booking Costumer Service and the Hotel, after our complaint, corrected that very quickly. |

Excellent view of the horse racing track, great helpful, English speaking staff. Clean and about a 20min walk to the metro. As is present with Moscow, everthing is expensive but this hotel is good value for this city. Also free wi fi at weekends. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. I liked also the cleanliness of the rooms and the services of the hotel. If you have a romm on the ipodrom side, you can enjoy a great view on the horses running around. |
