Good price for this level/star service. Free guarded car parking. Cheap food at the Hotel site. You easealy may initiate a local flood in your room taking a shower more than 3-5 minutes - water yield problem is a common thing for 3* both in RU and EU =) Having come at 10:01 we were being refuced to have our breakfast for free (included into the price, the servise is available 7-10 a.m.). The restraunt was still open... That didn't look friendly nor customers oriented =( |

The hotel and rooms' cleanliness, comfortable and beautiful surroundings, obliging staff. There's no vegetarian meal in the restaurant, poor breakfast, very terrible coffee. |

Good staff, good breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself, good location - close to the metro station Novocherkasskaya. China restaurant. Good for a short stay. Rather small room and the absence of the heater (!!!) to dry the clothes after the rain.... Still the staff was kind to give a hairdryer... |

The cleanliness & spaciousness of the room as well as the comfort of the bed. Hotel is located in quiet location, not far from metro station giving access to main street (Nevsky Prospekt) in just 3 stops. For a longer stay, i would like to see a fridge in the room, specially in the summer. |

The room was very tidy and the beds slept very well. The shower was also very relaxing. the staff at the restaurant was not able to explain the components of the breakfast in English. The should be able to do this or make a short menu in English |

All necessary facilities, polite stuff, nice Chinese vases in the hall :) Not in the center, but can be easily reached by metro/bus. And coffee was without milk - not a reason to complain, though. |

A clean and inexpensive hotel on the outskirts of St Petersburg. Good staff, quiet location. A little far from the city center, but close enough to the metro that this was fine in the summer time. For a winter time tourist to the city, probably not the best option. |

We were surprised by the hotel room! It was huge and well furnitured. Reasonavle price incl breakfast. It smelled bed in the bathroom. There was no lift. We had to carry our lugguage up to the 4th floor. |

The plastic palm trees with fairy lights, situated in the front garden, were particularly attractive. Being on the fourth floor with no elevator meant that we were able to keep fit without access to a gym. No problem with condensation in the bathroom as the holes in the ceiling kept the room well ventilated. The bonus was that with two twin beds pushed together, in our double room, we had a king size. Twenty four hour service was a real plus and the staff looked so comfortable, asleep on the reception sofa. Unable to order black coffee in the restaurant as it is ready-made from a packet, with milk. Breakfast was an adventure.... Clean towels everyday seemed to be a problem. 24 hour nightclub opposite the hotel appears to close at 12pm.This hotel has only 5 TV channels and they stop at 1AM. fortunately we booked a "Suite", quite scared to know what would have been a basic room... Nowhere it is explain that you can't go back to your hotel until 5AM if you do not cross the bridges before 1:30AM. |

The staff were excellent - from the moment we arrived at the airport we were treated as though we were important and valued guests. guests should be aware that staff do not speak english or only limited english - however they did not let this get in the way of excellent service. |

Были в Санкт-Петербурге с 12 по 19 октября 2009 года в командировке. Очень хороший уютный отель. Вежливый персонал. Доступные цены. Чистые номера. Интерьер отеля замечательный. У входа в отель – замечательный световой сад – вечером очень красиво. Расположение отеля очень удачное - в тихом месте и в 5 минутах от метро (3 остановки на метро до центра города) Для тех, кто на машине – бесплатная охраняемая автостоянка (при бронировании отеля обязательно укажите, что хотите поставить машину) Отличные комнаты. Высокие потолки. Улучшенный номер (мы проживали в 416 на 4 этаже) - большой, с мягким диваном и креслом из кож/зам. В номере есть чайник и чашки. Интернет работает хорошо (при заселении – попросите на ресепшене кабель для подключения ноутбука) Небольшой минус для людей в возрасте – отсутствует лифт. Завтраки хорошие. Бесплатная сауна в отеле с 7- 9 утра ( в другое время 150 руб / час) С языком проблем не было, постоянно на ресепшене была русская девочка, а кто из персонала говорит не очень хорошо - очень стараются. Всему персоналу отеля – большое спасибо, очень дружелюбный персонал Добавить в номер фен, шкаф-купе, сейф, холодильник. |

Cet hôtel est très confortable et très propre. Il est situé à 5 minutes du métro et à 20 minutes du centre ville en métro. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle très peu anglais. |

Близко от метро и от центра. Ненавязчивый сервис. Новые комфортные номера. Возможность заказывать еду прямо в номер из ресторана. Неплохой завтрак. Установить фены в номера (так есть только дежурный фен на ресепшн). Не получилось включить кондиционер на обогрев (может, правда, потому чо сентябрь месяц был). |
