reception, bar, most staff (especially front desk). location was good.
Some staff not that help full (50% of the bar staff) No name on hotel, Hard to find. Bathroom smelly and no shower curtain Rooms were not always cleaned.
the view from the room is very nice
The facilities in the room are not enough. there are not: hot water, drink water, no tea, coffee... some knobs wardrobe were broken
Perfect location and value/price rate.
The breakfest is expensive and poor.
Only location is good, approach to Vnukovo airport by aero train from Kievski railway station is excellent a.
No breakfast, No wifi in room
Good position and cheap
Ugly, old, dirty, everything broken.. Receptionists were not helpfull. Only one of them. Badly organized. It was ok for two nights but I would never spend one more day there!
I love this place cause its right in the center and I love this area, easy to get around. For just 42 euros we got Half Luxury room and it was just like any other room in like Holiday Inn, Ramada or other good quality chain hotel. Bed is very comfortable, its clean and has everything you need for a short stay.
The shower. Its either too hot or too cold. I couldnt fix it!!! I had to change the mixer all the time so I wont get burn or freezed. And I think that shower and bad are the most important things. So A+ to the bed and C- to the shower.
easy access to shops and metro
No internet in the room.
Great location- steps to Arbat, close to Metro. On weekend price drops in half... Great value!
Single rooms remind of 1980... No modern renovation, clean but... 1980 ;-)

View from window, location and lobby, stuff
Location hotel was a stones throw from the local tourist attraction Arbat and with walking distance to all the main attractions Decor The decor was a throw back from the cold war days and added a bit of intrigue and charm to the Hotel I had the most amazing view from my 19th floor window Staff Most spoke English and were most helpfull
Sheets were stained!!
la posizione e il prezzo
grandissima reception e stanze molto misere
everything was perfect, especially the location.
- Location is wonderful very close to everywhere, right in the middle of the city. - Great price for this location.
- Room was too small, - Absolutely no signboard outside; so it was hard to find - Wireless is available only in the lobby. There's no internet connection in the rooms.
Lowest price + very good location.
All other than price and location: room state, room size, bathroom, windows, and all other things.
No hot water in the morning on 18th floor
Near center of mosjon
Cold room and bad beds
Initial room was very poor. I had better rooms for tha same amount but this one was very bad. However, when I told the receptionist I was upgraded to a very nice room with no extra charge.
Wi-Fi only at the lobby ! It might be available in specific floors as well but the range might not be good and might not reach to your room as was in my case.
I liked complete privacy and the quality of the room - very adequate, full of light, convenient and with good appliances for coffee and tea.
I am afraid that if they try to improve the overall quality of the place it would be completely out of my price reach.
Central position, free and rather secure parking in the area
Dirty ceiling, dirty hall and furniture, old grey bath, what a shame on my country. In Belgrade, Moscow is the best hotel, but in Moscow the Belgrade is to be avoided if it's not a renovated room, even the price does not justify the mud.
1.Location of the hotel is good as I had to stay close to Kievsky Station. 2. Surprisingly service at the reception was good. Anastasia , Alina and Olga were helpful and did everything possible to make stay at the hotel easy and pleasant. 3.The room was clean and a chambermaid was polite and helpful with a personal warm attitude which was nice encounter these days in a big city. 4. Room service was prompt and Russian food was tasty! I tried pelmeny and sirniki and it was delicious.
1.Absence of tea/coffee facilities in the room was a bit of a nuisance. 2. Replacing carpets in the corridors and rooms could be a positive image change. 3. Mattress was too soft.It has be firmer to give a good support. 4. No fridge in the room.
Very nice personal, helpful and carying. Clean linens, sheets and bed, although mattress needs to be replaced - very hard to sleep on. I had a medication with me that need to be stored in the freezer, but our room didn't have a fridge. We ask help on reception, and they suggested and arranged to store with gornichnaya on 11th floor. We went there and both ladies (one that we met when dropped off our package, and another one when we picked it up( were very helpful, polite and pleasant. Thank you very much for all your help!
Rooms are noisy, AC wasn't working and we had to open window for fresh air, so all noise from steets was in our room all night. I booked upgraded room, and only upgrades we has is - remodeled bathroom. Room itself wasn't upgraded, carpet was old and dirty, we even request to change our first room because carpet was in very bad condition.
I liked the excellent location and the comfortable room plus complete privacy.
Moscow is a very trying place
only the location
doesn't worth for your money.. staff does not help for your questions single rooms are very old rooms without any A/C and it's very cold at nights no minibar no water in the room no wifi in the room
I had booked a standard room with one doubled bed, but at the hotel they suggested me a room with 2 single beds! I took another room for additional money! Ihave booked a room for 2400rub, but preffered to take a room with doubled bed for 3500 rub! And there wasn't any hairdryer in the bathroom!
