Отлично работающий персонал! В процессе бронирования номеров на группу возникли накладки с количеством доступных номеров - персонал отел перезвонил, проинформировал, организовал расселение по другим отелям своей гостиничной сети, при этом выделив номера более высокого класса для перемещенных гостей, и организовав трансфер между отелями, так, как было удобно группе. Обслуживание организовано замечательно. При необходимости отель предоставляет встречу в аэропорту и бесплатный трансфер для прибывающих гостей. Хорошее расположение - отель расположен на пешеходной улице, по которой приятно прогуляться и где есть куда пойти вечером отдохнуть, поблизости от большого количества ресторанов и кафе. Поскольку окна половины номеров выходят на улицу, где расположено большое количество увеселительных заведений, и до глубокой ночи не затихает веселье, то лучше держать окна закрытыми. Если же Вы любитель свежего воздуха и привыкли спать с открытым окном, то музыка и голоса подгулявшей молодежи будут сопровождать Ваш сон до 2 ночи. Двери в номерах довольно тонкие, и на первом этаже прекрасно слышны телефонные звонки на ресепшн.

Место, персонал , номер , отношение к гостям Невозможно подьехать на такси , нет лифта.
