- the rooms are brandnew and of good quality - the staff is friendly but does not master English - the location is fairly good relative to the center - the beds were poor, we had a double but the two mattresses separated over night - the hotel is actually inside an appartment building and very difficult to find especially by night with only tiny signs indicating the hotel - the entrance to the hotel is shared with local people and requires a code to open the door but there is no English to tell you what to press. We were just lucky a Russian lady helped us in the middle of the night. - there is no breakfast room and instead they serve it to your room. In principle that is OK but it illustrates how the hotel minimized on space.

Хорошее расположение, внимательный персонал, чистота и уют в отеле и номере. Слышимость в номерах, засоренная труба раковины (плохо уходила вода).

ннас с семьей устроило все, мы были проездом и необходимо было остановиться где-нибудь в перерыве между самолетами. очень близко к центру в 5 мин. ходьбы большой торговый центр, где можно провести досуг по запросу каждого. от торгового центра можно пройти на площадь 1905 года и гулять. в номере чисто, душ и туалет в идеальном состоянии, полотенца чистые, персонал приветливый, телевизор работает, wi-fi "летает". так что все на уровне. нет наружной рекламы отель находится в жилом доме и табличка "отель 4 сезона" имеется только на подъезде дома. необходимо продумать завтраки, я понимаю, что скорее всего там нет кухни и на завтрак подают полуфабрикаты, так же тосты с маслом и джемом. думайте над завтраками! а в остальном соответствует цена-качество

местоположение отеля супер! центр рядом, хорошая инфраструктура отель находится в жилом доме, постоянно ( целый день) идет ремонт и с утра вы проснетесь под звуки перфоратора.
