Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg  

Tutto mi ha colpito di questo Hotel. A partire dalla bellezza della struttura interna e delle camere (fantastiche), dalla posizione, dal servizio in generale e dalla colazione abbondante e per tutti I gusti. Ottimo anzi magnifico rapporto qualità-prezzo se prenotato, come nel mio caso, con le offerte lampo; sicuramente non proprio economico se prenotato senza ma il comfort e la bellezza dell'hotel ne giustificherebbero il prezzo.

Molto mpositivo nel complesso.Non sempre lo staff collabora e fornisce indicazioni pertinenti.Il problema dei tassisti abusivi è molto,molto fastidioso e lo staff potrebbe mettere sull'avviso.Prenotate il taxi in hotel e non pagherete più di 900 rbl,mentre un abusivo ve ne spilla 1500 e più.All'arrivo fidatevi solo dei taxi regolari,anche se ha noi è stato praticamente impedito di salire su uno di questi e nemmeno il tassista ci ha tutelati,rifiutando la corsa.Una indecenza.Per il resto la città è splendida,l'albergo centralissimo e di lusso,ottima l'offerta lampo,altrimenti il costo sarebbe stato decisamente alto,Ottima la colazione,fornitissima.

The location is very good on Nevsky Prospect, check in staff were polite and the reception area was very smart.

The Superior room was certainly basic for a 5 star hotel however the biggest problem was the fact that the bathroom, shower / toilet were very visibly not clean which is not nice and not acceptable at any hotel but at a 5 star hotel at this price level it is unacceptable. We stayed 2 more nights in St Petersbug at another hotel and would not return to the Corinthia.

The hotel itself is very clean and luxury. We stayed in deluxe room, which totally worth it. The service is excellent... Every wish becomes true. Staff will bring everything to the room, whatever you need. In short, if you like luxury and comfort - this is the best choice in the city center.

Refined hospitality, champagne at the check-in

There was a bit of a smell of drain along the corridors. It' didn't reach the room and wasn't too much of a problem, something has to be done about it.

The layout is business style and open area. To expensive The Booking.com site forget to state that they charge registration fee. The price value should include breakfast which is not. Tv channels are good for all languages.

The room we booked (standard) was more for 3 star hotel then 5. It was rather small, had only bath tub, tower were clean but worn-out

The receptionist welcomes you with champagne at check-in already. Internet quality inside the room. Shampoos, bath foam, moisturizer and other stuff are of good quality. Big buffet breakfast, served until 11 am, with different options for all nationalities, including Japanese, featuring caviar and other delicacies. Thus, you can sleep later without losing the breakfast. Believe me, with the Egyptian sheets you will not want to get out of bed. It was the most huge and comfortable bed in which they have laid. Neither too soft nor too hard. The hotel offers concierge service to guide on opening local price of spectacles and other services. Thanks to him I did not miss the ballet in Mariinsk. In the nick of time, the driver of the hotel took me to the theater in a bmw, all this comfort for only 20 euros, less than a taxi would charge. The safety of this service alone is priceless. Anyone who has been to Russia knows how local taxi can be expensive, complicated and even dangerous.

The hotel charged the advance on my credit card. I would rather have paid in cash on arrival to avoid a charge of iof (tax on transactions in Brazilian credit card that can be very boring when dealing with overseas operations).

Very nice comfortable hotel with good location.

But so bad waiters during breakfest and dinner.
