La posizione ed il design.

Due aspetti: sulla prenotazione di booking era evidenziato che avremmo pagato in anticipo, cosa che non e' avvenuta creando qualche disagio alla reception. Abbiamo dovuto insistere per farci dare una superior ristrutturata ( le camere non ristrutturate sono molto tristi)

Convinience of the location

We booked executive suit and asked for two separate bed. They told us it is not possible and proposed us staying in a normal big room with two beds; saying it is more or less the same. But actually it was just tow beds attached to each other! Then we insisted on seeing the actual room we booked. The two rooms they said similar was day and night different. In such expensive and luxary hotels, reception staff is usually more careful and honest in explaining such details, if we did not asked to see our original room, we would have end up staying in a bad room for 500 Euro per night. Not accetable.

Perfect breakfast (everybody will find anything to his/her taste)!

No early breakfast service. We had to leave the hotel at 6.15 am and were unable to have breakfast.

The room was very cold

The receptionist welcomes you with champagne at check-in already. Internet quality inside the room. Shampoos, bath foam, moisturizer and other stuff are of good quality. Big buffet breakfast, served until 11 am, with different options for all nationalities, including Japanese, featuring caviar and other delicacies. Thus, you can sleep later without losing the breakfast. Believe me, with the Egyptian sheets you will not want to get out of bed. It was the most huge and comfortable bed in which they have laid. Neither too soft nor too hard. The hotel offers concierge service to guide on opening local price of spectacles and other services. Thanks to him I did not miss the ballet in Mariinsk. In the nick of time, the driver of the hotel took me to the theater in a bmw, all this comfort for only 20 euros, less than a taxi would charge. The safety of this service alone is priceless. Anyone who has been to Russia knows how local taxi can be expensive, complicated and even dangerous.

The hotel charged the advance on my credit card. I would rather have paid in cash on arrival to avoid a charge of iof (tax on transactions in Brazilian credit card that can be very boring when dealing with overseas operations).

Very nice comfortable hotel with good location.

But so bad waiters during breakfest and dinner.

Good service, location. Hotel is very clean and modern and provide all comfort that can be expected in that range.

However I would rather rate this hotel more as 4 stars from european standard in terms of quality and service. Unfortunately prices are to high for this standard. Room are not showing same luxury as the lobby or rest of the hotel but however still clean and acceptable. Also it is missing perhaps a swimming pool and a nice terrace lounge to reach the extra 5 stars hotel feeling one would expect..

Very expensive for internet connection

I think the decor in the hotel and particularly my room was dreary,Browns reds etc are not the most uplifting colours when you've been travelling for a long time.Also there was a power cut on the morning I left,and whilst They had taken my money at the time of booking and had a swipe of another cc I requested they e mailed the invoice to my company for tax basis and as yet it still has not been done.My room number was 418

Design of the hall, nice staff, tasty and different breakfast

Just one word : an excellent hotel! Very convenient location, excellent staff, great comfort, perfect service!
