The staff is great and the reception people are very helpful. All the services are expensive but I suppose that it is Moscow in general. |

I was impressed by the courtesy of the staff, and the way they have been extremely helpful I think that to close the lobby bar at 23:00 is a bit too early. However, I appreciated the possibility of having a beer in the restaurant, that remains open until late. |

There was every attempt to help my wife and me with whatever questions, concerns we had. Not so much a "dislike"; rather, the hotel does not seem to be on the list of hotels that our taxi driver possessed. He seemed to confuse our hotel with other Marriott's in the city. |

Ambiance is very good, makes you feel welcome. Service in general is very good. Most employees speak good English. Excelent location if you enjoy walking because there is no metro station nearby. Service in restaurant is hit and miss. Sometimes food and service is ok, but other times it takes a long time to catch the waiters attention. Some dishes are not prepared as described on menu, ordered an Asian salad that was supposed to be sprinkled with macadamia nuts but it did have any, salad was swimming in a strong soy sauce dressing that made it almost inedible. |

Современный, уютный, чистый отель. Красивое фойе, современный дизайн. Большие номера. Расстроило, что цена проживания при бронировании на сайте, не смотря на то, что было написано, что цена с НДС, в итоге оказалась без НДС :( |

great location, greta services, great staff, free wi-fi in the lobby, restaurant in the hotel, huge and comfortable room, kettle with a tea and a coffee in the room we booked a triple room, but there were only two beds, so two people had to sleep in one of them |

Very nice hotel, very proper and decent rooms, quiet location in the busy heart of Moscow, at easy walking distance from Kremlin and Red Square. Except for the hotel reception and restaurant, staff (like garage guard)was 'Kafkaian'-blunt, non-customer-oriented. Regretfully, only the bar/diner was open, the actual restaurant was closed. Would have liked to have dinner in the main restaurant which had very interestnig seasonal dishes on the menu... |

Удобное расположение возле Красной площади, красивый лобби, в тоже время мне не хватало халата и тапочек в номере (их просто нет) и капуччино в баре был с горчинкой (не мой вкус) Халат и тапочки в номере значительно улучшат уют |

Комфорт в номерах, очень удобное расположение отеля, отличный завтрак Запустить работу вечернего ресторана "Терранео", хотя бы в пятницу и субботу. Снизаить цены на услуги такси-сервиса при отеле. Сейчас такси при отеле в 2-3 раза дороже, чем городские службы такси. |

Bra läge, mycket trevligt personal som gör sitt bästa, trevlig inredning. Accidently I was an eyewitness when a femail manager told staff off because she saw plastic teespoons instead of metal ones on the tee table in the restaurant. To talk to the staff in such way is uncivilized. |

Excellent emplacement dans le centre ville, wifi gratuit dans le hall de l'hotel, personnel parlant anglais Nous avions réservé au tarif run of the hotel et nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur un espace fermé et sans possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre: c'est acceptable en hiver mais je ne prendrai pas cet hôtel en été |
