Everything was perfect!!I will stay again in this hotel the next time!!

i liked the rooms the breakfast and the facilities of the hotel

i was charged for the breakfast of my 9 years old child althought the bed was in the price of the room.it was a little to go to the city center-not very close

price/quality. the room was quite big. the furniture is modern and good quality. The breakfast is good. Staff is helpful.

1. Shower is very weak - it's the main disadvantage. 2. You need to ask staff to make window-handle in order to breathe fresh ait from Neva river :) 3. Location is not very good, but OK 4. Internet is free only in lobby. 5. The wardrobe is not very convinient.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; Breakfast buffet was excellent ; Very convenient to have the Snack Market and currency exchange at the location; room & the entire hotel was very clean.

The room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Due to the hotel policy, A/C only works May-October but with the warm weather in April and the radiators heating in full blast, A/C should have been turned on.

- Impossible to open windows - No morning gown available - Problems with cold water pressure (too low) - Quite expensive Wi-Fi in the room (however good and free at the reception and bar zone)

Good restaurant. Nice big room and big bad for fair price.

One bottle of water for two persons? C'mon, don't be so greedy. I was ready to pay for a bottle of extra water, but you know what, minibar was empty as well. Windows are closed, all of them in the room. Only a special man with "window-opener" can help you and he comes exactly in time - when you having a shower. It is 2nd floor nobody going to make a suicide, just let people open a window. At least in smoking room!

We liked the hotel so much! Excellent service, good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Stuff was friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable for this level of hotels.

There is no free wireless Internet in the rooms

comfortable bed and soft bedding, i woke up fully rested. do serve good food at breakfast. to sum up worth to stay.

Good room, good breakfast, car in the street but surveiled

Short of expectations. First you have a 40’ walk till you reach the center (Hermitage), distances are much bigger then they show on the map. Second I had some tricky problems with payment (they credited my credit card to support visa to me and my wife and after I needed to pay an extra something about my wife. Nothing special but uncomfortable). Second free internet is rubbish. It didn’t work at all but if it will it would be 256k, so I paid slots of one hour at a 6€ rate each slot. All the rest was good.

номера по прозьбе показывают.очень понравился номер который был на 5 этаже и выходил на василеостровскую улицу и с него можно было увидеть реку неву.в ванной комнате даже бутылочку воды ставят.завтрак разнообразный- хороший европейский.хорошая выпечка с начинкой!.в целом спасибо с удовольствием еще остановимся у них!.удобство обращения на ресепшен при помощи отдельной клавиши на телефоне.исполнительность сразу.

ездили с 9.5.2013 на 2 суток.при заказе номера на двоих с одной большой кроватью нам сказали что у нас не указанно конкретно сколько и какая кровать должна быть!.даже на распечатке было написано какая кровать!.на ресепшене нам сказали с одной большой кроватью только в курящем а мы заказывали в некурящем и еще как вариант нам предложили угловой номер на двоих на пятом этаже с двумя кроватями они для двоих преемлямы,но одна на двоих намного шире!.в номере окна полностью неоткрываются из за ограничителя.- а так иногда хочется.для 4**** хотелось бы видеть в ванной комнате биде.по поводу халатов и зубного набора надо говорить на ресепшен(можно по телефону)!-отель коментирует что они так ненужное в номер не ставят.Wi- Fi бесплатно только на 1 этаже.неудобно добиратся общественным транспортом до отеля от ближайщего метро-от туда как токового транспорта нет.на завтрак удивило что грудинка зажаренна очень сильно как чипсы!картофель фри был сыроват хрустяще!.на ресепшене надо настаивать на своем а то они чушь будут говорить по поводу свободных и заказанного номера-берите с собой распечатку и на ресепшене с переводом ее показывайте!.в телевизоре есть функция просмотр вашего лицевого счета за 2 суток она так и не работала.

Мне понравилось в отеле все:номер,персонал,обслуживание.Не могу сказать ничего о питании,т.к. из-за больших цен не воспользовались этой услугой.

Просторные номера, отличный персонал, очень хорошая звукоизоляция в номерах, отдельный вход в Эрмитаж.

Grande chambre, grande salle de bain. Vue sur la Neva sans supplément ! Un personnel agréable.

Une entrée/sortie sur la rue ridiculement petite voir imperceptible. Deux personnes dans la chambre mais une seule bouteille d'eau et très peu de produits du type coton tige/shampoing etc... dans la salle de bain. Loin du centre : 30/45 mn du centre.

Matelas a changer Air conditionnée inopérante, chambre trop chaude
