They let us early check-in, room is spacious & clean.

Bit far from city center (Nevsky prospect) if you are walking.

To be frank .... nothing! I will never visit it again

Nothing comparable with Marriot chain. Unhelpfull and very laid back staff; Non-existent concierge (did not even have a map of the city to give us), very limited menu (no menu for children), no entertainment. Definitely ... not value for money paid! I also believe the management is not up to the Marriot required standards

Very nice new hotel - everything spic and span, great design, spacious and comfortable rooms; interior design is contemporary with a creative eye, so not predictable, and staff generally friendly and helpful; good restaurant; gym ok, no spa. Pricing very reasonable for this standard in St. Petersburg. We would stay there again if they manage to sort out their big problem with taxis - see below.

Hotel location not central (about 40mins brisk walk to Winter Palace/ 45 to Nevsky Prospect), which is reflected in the pricing. However, we had real problems with the taxis we asked the hotel to book for us - they were always very late (30 mins+) or didn't turn up at all. Yes, only one thing ...i ve asked to clarify the airaport where i had to departure back home ...as you know in Petersburg there are Pulkovo 1 and Pulkovo 2 airports......the transfer from hotel was Excellent ...but they mixed the airaport ....and i was late to my flight, more than this i had to pay more for another taxi to get me right airaport !

Habitacion grande, espaciosa y nueva con una botella de agua 1/2 L diari de cortesia. ay TVE internacional . En algunos turnos hay personal de habla hispana en recepcion. Buena relacion calidad precio para lo que es San Petesburgo

En la zona no hay absolutamente nada. parece que esta mas cerca del centro de lo que esta realmente.Las dos posibles estaciones de metro estan algo alejdas unos 15 minutos a pie y una de ellas no abre hasta las 10 de la mañana. El minibar estaba totalmente vacio. Ningun tipo de informacion turistica.

система кондиционирования практически не работает - в номерах невозможно находиться из-за жары и духоты, приходилось проветривать открывая дверь в корридор, за месяц (с полной предоплатой) бронировался курящий номер, но его не предоставили
