1) Design of the room was awkward: all switches (for the room lights, for table lamps, for the bathroom) were near the front door on one panel. TV was not in front, but to the right from the bed. 2) Things like bathrobes, extra shower gels, slippers are available, but you need to make a call and wait for someone to bring them over to you. The wait is approximately 30-40 minutes. 3) Breakfast menu is not amazing: fruits aren't tasty, porridge is cooked with an incredible amount of sugar, scrambled eggs are just funny. 4) Free Wi-Fi is only available on the groundfloor. To get Wi-Fi in the room not only do you need to pay extra, but also your laptop must have an RJ-45 jack. Which some of the MacBooks are simply not equipped with.

Very friendly team and the service was pleasant too. Rooms were spacious and totally acceptable for a 1 or 2 night business trip

It was clean, functional and comfortable. The room was of a good standard, though the bathroom was a little small compared to the enormous size of the bedroom itself!

I wasn't overly impressed by the standard of the food offered - I have stayed at Marriott hotels before and the food served was better; it was not bad, just not good. I didn't like the fact that internet was not free in rooms - and that it was not easy to find the password for the free internet downstairs. Service at the bar was hit or miss - I ordered a vodka and coke, which never arrived, for instance, and they were not in a rush to serve.

It is very comfort, good designed and good located hotel. But it is not cheap.

I reserved smoking room with special confirmation via phone. But when I arrived there weren't any smoking rooms in the hotel. I was surprized what access to Internet was paid and its price was about 8 $ per hour. Room service included tea and coffee in a room but in the room there were only 2 portions of tea and 2 portions of coffee withour suger.

Location

This is not supposed to be called "Mariott". Empty minibar, no bathrobes, poor breakfast. When we arrived at night there were no hot water. Staff doesn't look welcoming. The taxi driver they work with was quite rude and unpolite, did not help us with our luggage. And for his services he charges 400 rubles to drive 3km in city and 1400 rubles to get you to the airport.

The location for 2 days trip is perfect!! The big terassa on the top of the hotel with an imazing view on the Kremlin!!!
