Good value for the money

Great location...nice staff

I was a solo traveller and this hotel suited me perfectly. Shower and toilet facilities were separate, but were very close and very well maintained. In four days I never needed to wait to use these facilities. Astonishing value for money for Moscow.

For 2 days there was no hot water. I knew this in advance and the the water was not too cold for a shower - quite refreshing in fact! There was no window in the room, but I also knew this in advance. It was not a problem, but I prefer a room to have a window.

There was no hot water. No one warned us about that! The sound isolation was terrible. We could not sleep, as we could hear each step of our neighbours and staff.

The receptionists doesn't speak anything but Russian. They don't clean the rooms or change towels/sheets during the stay. WiFi only in the reception. Poor TV channels choice. Hotel with no facilities at all (like gim etc.).

Excellent location in the old Moscow's downtown. Closed to theaters and other cultural points.

A lot of mosquitos in the room, but couldn't close a window coz air-con didn't work

My room wasn't cleaned. Very few staff members speak English; the men in the reception were a bit rude.

The location is excellent. In General I would classify the Hotel as very good. It would be much better if they manage to get internet in the rooms because the public space is very limited and not private.

Very clean room and bath. Quiet Small room but comfortable bed, place e to hang clothes, electric teakettle and hairdryer, refrigerator.

Hard to find. It is not on the street of its address, but the next street lover. No way to cut through. Have room go a couple of blocks one way oe the other taint a street that goes through to the next street and then back to hotel. Sign is in Russian only. Staff speaks little or no English. Restaurant (separate) from hotel but adjacent to tiny lobby - expensive, no English on menu or staff ( mushrooms soup I had was really good)

Good location just off the main street in the centre of Moscow. Modern & clean. Bar & restaurant on site. English spoken if needed - limited though. Safe neighbourhood. Good value for an expensive city.

Difficult to find as there are no outside photographs on this website. The entrance has a blue canopy & flags outside. Adjacent to Lawsons & a posh wine bar. Behind the metro station.

No wi-fi in the room, no cable TV, previously did not prepare an extra bed for a child (it was stipulated when booking)

The hotel is within 2 minutes walk from Tverskaya Street and within 10-15 minutes from the Red Square. There are also about 5 restaurants and 1 cafeteria close to the hotel if you get hungry prior to returning to your room. Our room was big and we had a very comfortable bed, not to mention, our own bathroom inside. The hotel itself could have been built from IKEA workers... taking into account its furnishing and design and yes... IKEA furniture... ha ha ha... just like in my house!!! Considering what the hotel offers... it is definitely good value for money.Staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff does not speak english or any other language rather than russian... so I had to learn russian in 3 days... ha ha ha. But sign language works for me!!!!

Hotel is perfect and very clean. Specially, bathrooms are renovated and rooms have good furniture. Moreover, the hotel location is also perfect.Very close to Tverskaya and center

Staff are not so experienced and friendly.Stayed about 5 days,but they never cleaned room. Their Wi-Fi does not work in rooms

We stayed at this hotel a few time before this year and you can see that the guy's are building and improving their concept constantly, they know us now and are very friendly and try to solve small issues immediately. Paid 600 euro for 8 nights, that's a very sharp price for dead-center Moscow. for sure will return here again in 2013.

TV didn't work for a day but the guys tried everything to get it working again, at the end a technician came and fixed it (on Christmas evening) so very good !

Brand new, nice design, greatest location, immaculate bedding. Next building brick wall view was perfect as it was very quiet.

Rooms are comfortable.

No wireless connection in rooms, no slipper, nobody cleaned room while i stay.
