Service OK. Chambre très propre. Petit déj OK. Pas loin du métro.

Trop chaud dans la chambre la nuit.

The staff is kindly and they try to solve all and the room service is also good. Near there are many shops, metro and some museum and turistic places even not being in center.

The room was about +19ºC and there was not possibility to warm it. Heater didn't work good. There is a mistake in google maps, better to look street and search the correct number. The breakfast has a few variety of food.

I would recommend. Half-lux especially! ) Clean, calm, comfortable.

Wi-fi Internet fast and everywhere. Metro station nearby. Reasonable service and level for that price. (Comparing other 4* Moscow hotels)

Small hotel friendly staff

It was very noisy due to construction work taking place at the hotel. It was impossible to rest during the day and was most unsuitable with a small baby. If the hotel is undergoing major construction then in my view it should close until the work is complete. We had stayed in the this hotel a few weeks previously and all was fine but on this trip it was a nightmare. I would only reccommend the hotel to anyone provided the construction is complete.

It was quiet.

The personnel at the restaurant seems to avoid you.

rather cold rooms, in May +21 C in my room, air condition in the room was switched off, but central conditioning still seemed to be working; breakfast is poor

Breakfast was really bad.

The hotel is located in the rather ordinal building and far from the Moscow center but at the same time its interior is quite modern and comfortable and the metro station is 10 minutues walking distance. All the equipment is fresh and functioning well. Internet connection - as expected. I was accomodated on the 10th floor and had very nice view on hotel Cosmos, an ortodox church, and some other nice view points. Stuff friendly and willing to help.

Very friendly staff, especially Natalya in reception. Good service in restaurant. Comfortable rooms and peaceful atmosphere. Good value .

Reception was very helpfull. Room was really clean and comfortable.

Since I stayed at D'Hotel in November 2010 breakfast got really much worse. The choice was poor this time, bread was old. We had to make our own coffee from the powder. The waiters were not very pleasant.
