Very close to center, Warm atmosphere, strong breakfast, lowly staff. So I am satisfied about hotel Enterance of hotel is not good. First impresion is negative. One telephone is needed near to bed. |

Very clean , very personal, very central and very helpful. Value for money. Always a cup of tea or coffee when you needed one and plenty of room space. A good small boutique style hotel.We liked it. The entrance is a bit hard to find at first. |

Excellent location, nice staff, good price. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Too noisy from the hallway. The stairs can be diffucult when you have luggage. |

Proximity to the center They would deliver breakfast to the room, but, in spite of the fact that they clearly asked you what you wanted for breakfast, they would always bring something else. :) |

Central location. Good price. I didn't like the behavior of the lady on reception who gave me small room instead of big de luxe room I've ordered and she did not want to change it. I was not provided with that service I bought. Only bad mood I've received after staying in that hotel. |

Friendly staff. Fast, free WiFi. Location. Nice room. You can hear everything that´s going on in the hallway. Slightly smelly in the bathroom. They did not respond to our comment on the reservation with booking.com |

Location is the best, right next to St. Isaak Cathedral. Hotel is decent considering the location. The room does not get cleaned if you stay more than one night. |

Приветливый персонал, хоршее расположение отеля, просторный номер( двухместный люкс), новая хорошая мебель, номер оригинальный-двухуровневый и на каждом уровне по телевизору, есть dvd. Во-первых, очень скользкая лестница на второй уровень номера - с этим надо что-то делать. Во-вторых, неплохо бы обеспечивать постояльцев тапочками. Ну и почаще убирать номер( за 4 дня убирались 1 раз). |

Очень приятный отель, хороший персонал, чисто и уютно. Номера хорошо обставлены. Неплохой завтрак. Очень удобное месторасположение. Отлично подходит, чтобы остановиться на одну или несколько ночей и погулять по городу. Не хватало одноразовых тапочек. |

Очень удачное расположение в исторической части города - все самые основные достопримечательности находятся поблизости. В самом отеле понравилось решение использования высоких потолков - создание 2 этажа, на котором расположены спальные места, на наш взгляд, это является изюминкой номера. Также понравилось радушное отношение персонала, например, администратор согласился оставить нашу сумку на полдня в отеле, чтобы нам было удобнее гулять в день отъезда, но после выселения из номера, когда же вернулись за вещами, то нам еще и вернули случайно забытые в номере вещи. Неухоженным выглядит вход в подъезд, вид из окна во двор также оставляет желать лучшего, как и звукоизоляция номера |

Тихо, спокойно, прекрасное расположение в центре, нормальный завтрак, теплые полы в душе. В принципе все есть для нормального отдыха. Персонал доброжелательный. Плохая вентиляция в душе, думаю это временное явление, все же обратите на это внимание. |

Местоположение, чистота номера, достаточно уютно, хорошее обслуживание, вежливый персонал Нет временного разрыва между check-in и check-out, вследствие этого приходится ждать, если приезжаешь ко времени заселения. |
