Posizione centralissima. Stanza grande. Disponibilità del personale. The o caffè preparati gratis a qualsiasi ora. Ingresso al primo piano di un palazzo senza ascensore e difficile da trovare. |

L'albergo è situato in una tranquilla ed ottima posizione, 15 minuti a piedi dall' Hermitage e dalla via principale. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate. Il personale parla inglese ed è gentilissimo e molto disponibile 24 h. La stazione della metro più vicina si trova ad 1,5 km. L' entrata del palazzo in cui si trova l'albergo è decandente, un cancello vecchio, delle scale malridotte che affaciano su un cortile che è ancora peggio. In compenso però entrati all'interno è tutto pulito, nuovo e ben aggiustato. La colazione si fà ad un tavolo unico insieme agli altri ospiti e non aveva un 'ampia scelta. I muri delle camere sono un pò troppo sottili (sentivamo perfettamente tutte le parole di alcuni ragazzi italiani che occupavano la camera accanto). |

It's a small hotel, with a very good location, near of the main attractions. The room is very nice (big, clean and quiet). The bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is excellent and you can have it on your room if you want to. |

Very close to center, Warm atmosphere, strong breakfast, lowly staff. So I am satisfied about hotel Enterance of hotel is not good. First impresion is negative. One telephone is needed near to bed. |

Very clean , very personal, very central and very helpful. Value for money. Always a cup of tea or coffee when you needed one and plenty of room space. A good small boutique style hotel.We liked it. The entrance is a bit hard to find at first. |

Excellent location, nice staff, good price. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Too noisy from the hallway. The stairs can be diffucult when you have luggage. |

Central location. Good price. I didn't like the behavior of the lady on reception who gave me small room instead of big de luxe room I've ordered and she did not want to change it. I was not provided with that service I bought. Only bad mood I've received after staying in that hotel. |

Friendly staff. Fast, free WiFi. Location. Nice room. You can hear everything that´s going on in the hallway. Slightly smelly in the bathroom. They did not respond to our comment on the reservation with booking.com |

Location is the best, right next to St. Isaak Cathedral. Hotel is decent considering the location. The room does not get cleaned if you stay more than one night. |
