Great location, clean and cosy rooms.

I couldn't understand that the owner want me the cost of accomodation by only cash even though it was written that they accept Visa credit cards. I had had cash Money but i might not have cash in my pocket. Only it was strange..

Everything is perfect. The land lady treats you like your Mom.

It was all perfect. The location is very convenient next to Mayakovskaïa Subway Station. The landlady, Irina, was very helping and wellcoming. Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated and the place is quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was wellheated. Common bathroom but very clean and useful. It is possible to use the kitchen for breakfast ( microwave oven and fridge).

Not too difficult to find if you know that you have to go through the porche and go straight to the brown door. It is useful to have a translator even if Irina is learning english because she is just beginning.

The lady was very friendly and welcoming, although little English we had fun translating with a phrase book :-) Great location on Nevski Prospect - note hotel located through an arch off Main Street. Clean and cozy

    All good!

    1. The location was second to none, it was very close to a metro station. 2. The host was friendly. 3. The room was nice and tidy, and we had a pleasant surprise by getting a room with a private toilet and shower instead of a shared one for the same price. 4. The night was peaceful and quiet, it must have been us who made the most noise by sneaking out to the staircase for a smoke too often. 5. The shower had enough pressure and hot water.

    1. There was no sign to show the right entrance to the hotel, it took more than half an hour in the courtyard to find the right door, because there were more than ten of them. The door code number was not enough alone, and a couple of times we were forced to wait for the next person to come in or out to let us in. 2. The room was slightly too cold most of the time (in October), the radiator was unadjustable, and we were too polite to ask the staff to do something about it. 3. We were asked to not smoke inside, and it got especially difficult late in the evening to go to the staircase for a smoke, because the front door of the hotel was naturally heavily locked at that time of the day. 4. In the room there was no fridge, which we considered as a defect, in a hotel with no bar it would be nice to be able to safely leave food&drinks to chill. 5. The hotel seemed very small and the rooms were very close to each other, so to avoid embarrassment, "getting intimate" was quite impossible without disturbing everyone else in the hotel!

The location is perfect, few hundred meters from the metro and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The hotel room was peaceful and quiet, even though it's 50 meters from the heavily-trafficked main street. The host is very kind and helpful, but does not speak much English. The room was warm and spacious. Definitely will return.

The hotel is hard to find: it's in an inner courtyard and there are no hotel signs anywhere. The locals who work inside the courtyard don't know the hotel. The correct arch has white 'Parikmaherskaya' sign. The right door is directly opposite to the arch and has 'tsvety' (flowers) neon sign on top of the door. Then you need to punch the right door code and wait for the owner to buzz you in. Once you find the place, it's safe. You need 3 separate keys to go in. Hot water in the shower didn't switch on immediately: the water was very cold at first, and the temperature kept fluctuating. The second person got a hot shower.
