Everything is available, washer, iron board ... Kitchen fully equiped. Nice view over Moscow, close to important sights (red Square) and close to big shopping street. Sattelite TV, free international telephone and Wireless Internet. The room was sometimes too warm, no possibility to change the temperature, so I needed to open a window which was very noisy and too cold. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom due to bad plumbing, this was sometimes annoying. The bed could be more comfortable, very bad mattress. |

Very central, clean & nice appartment at a very very very reasonable price for Moscow It's not hotel, real appartment in a standard appartment house of Moscow. Meaning, no service. |

The location was excellent in the old part of Moscow close to everything. The staff was a little bit pushy on the check out time. Also, some very basic amenities such as trash can in the bathroom, a bottle of water in the fridge would do a long way. |

la localisation de l'immeuble est excellente pour visiter Moscou et faire des courses,pratique pour prendre le métro,magasins à proximité;la gratuité du téléphone international est appréciable;appartement propre et confortable,plus agréable qu'une chambre d'hotel.Personnel sympathique. L'arrivée a posé petit problème au taxi pour trouver l'immeuble:l'adresse à indiquer est Novy Arbat 22,et non pas 22-26,qui introduit la confusion:il faudrait aussi indiquer dés la réservation le code d'entrée dans l'immeuble,et prévenir le concierge. |

Расположение дома и вид из окна (15-ый этаж). Окно не зактывается - ветер ДУЕТ ИЗ ОТКРЫТОГО ОКНА в комнату. В квартире холодно, отопления нет в начале октября На двоих человек только ОДНО одеяло. |
