the staffs really come to help, spacious room, English newspapers, delicious home-made style breakfast the shower has too small a stream; have to leave room key to the reception desk and ask for the key when you back, not really serious problem, only a little bit annoying

Great value for money Excellent location in the heart of the city Staff are very friendly and helpful Credit card facilities to pay account are not available over weekends and certain times of the day. Only except local currency (not Euro or Dollars) Receipts can only be issued by ctain people during specific hours.

The place is about 10 minutes away (on foot) from the Nevskiy Prospekt underground station and just round the corner from Nevskiy Prospekt street itself. The hotel is staffed by one English speaking person at any one time and were very helpful and friendly. They also went out of their way to book for us a taxi in Moscow and all went well including the agreed fare. The beauty of the place is that there are only four guest rooms so it is like being home. Breakfast choice was a bit limited and not self service but still good and fresh.

Posizione centrale. Camera grande No frigo bar (che invece era annunciato) Bagno puzzava di muffa Al mom del check-out 8alle 8 di matt) mi è stato detto che dovevo attendere la contabile che sarebbe arrivata alle 10 A.M.! Master card non ha funzionato. In qualunque altro posto Master Card ha funzionato

Удобно расположен, невысокая цена. Шумно за окном. Завтрак очень скудный. Оплатить проживание в будний день в 10 утра удалось только наличными без каких-либо платежных документров. Номер убран плохо.

Отель понравился! Уютный номер, доброжелательный персонал, хороший завтрак. Очень комфортно и душевно! Пристроили свой багаж до выезда и после. Удобное расположение недалеко от центра и станции метро. Всё супер! Не сразу нашли вход в отель, не хватает информационной вывески отеля.

месторасположение хорошее, но сложно найти. Держите ориентир на магазин ALBA, соседняя дверь - отель. завтрак приносят, сам не набираешь - 2 куска хлеба и 2 кусочка сыра на одного. плохой напор воды в душе.

Останавливаюсь в отеле уже не в первый раз-то по работе, то с друзьями. И каждый раз остаюсь в восторге и буду возвращаться снова и снова))) По порядку: 1. Отель расположен в самом центре города - на пересечении Невского и Владимирского проспектов. Метро, автобусы, троллейбусы - в шаговой доступности. Сотрудники отеля с радостью и очень доходчиво объяснят, как куда лучше доехать, закажут водителя. 2. Номера очень большие (успел пожить уже в каждом), кровати -удобные, прекрасное постельное бельё, ковры, гигантские окна, большие ванные комнаты с полным комплектом полотенец и косметики, душевые кабинки. 3. Хорошая, именно домашняя еда: яичница или омлет, сосиски, сыр, колбаса, булочки, масло, джемы, много сока, чая и кофе. Время завтрака (с 8.00 до 11.00) идеально подходит и для деловых поездок, и для просто отдыха. В течение суток можно было в любое время и абсолютно бесплатно выпить чай или кофе с сушками. 4. В очередной раз хочу выразить благодарность персоналу. Всё же, кадры решают всё) Мало где ещё к КАЖДОМУ гостю будут относиться с таким же трепетом и вниманием. Хочется сказать отдельное спасибо менеджерам Дарье и Алёне и молодому директору Полине. Девушки в очередной раз сделали наше пребывание очень положительным. В любое время готовы помочь, посоветовать и поддержать светскую беседу. Так держать! Отель очень хороший. Есть даже все нужные мелочи - wifi, зонтики, свежая пресса на нескольких языках, и всё включено в цену. Очень рекомендую! И буду возвращаться снова и снова. ни единого минуса за все разы пребывания выявлено не было)

Отличное расположение, дружелюбный персонал. Континентальный завтрак вполне достойного объема. стандартная Питерская парадная с запахом труб, и та же проблема в уборной. Однако, это характерное явление для центра. До бизнес класса отель сильно не дотягивает, вместе с тем, провести семейные выходные вполне возможно.
