мне не понравилось отношение к клиенту. за день до заезда нас предупредили, что номер не может быть нам предоставлен из-за какой-то технической поломки. предложили студию на 4 этаже с лифтом (для 3 человек). мы согласились. по приезду оказалось, что лифта нет и кровать одна на 3 человек !!! даже так мы в принципе согласились, т.к. очень устали от переезда, но когда я сказал, что я не смогу занести свои тяжеленные вещи на 4 этаж, мне сказали. что их занесет горничная (это женщина лет 30, а у меня чемоданы под 35 кг весом каждый). я вынужден был отказаться, я не садист. тогда предложили другую квартиру на 5 этаже, с лифтом, я согласился. приехали. лифт не работает. после приезда в питер прошло уже 3 часа. больше они ничего предложить не смогли. делайте вывод сами - можно ли иметь дело с этим отелем. мы вынуждены были сидя в машине, голодные и усталые, искать по телефону другой отель. от приезда в питер и до заселения в результате прошло 4 часа. P/S/ (это не для публикации) Вы можете не публиковать этот отзыв, т.к. отрицательные отзывы вы публиковать не любите, но я об этом случае выложу информацию в интернете на сайтах, имеющих отношение к резервированию отелей.

чем мне понравилось пребывание в апарт-отеле: для нашей семьи была предложенна отдельная квартира, в которой имеется спальная комната с двухспальной кроватью, полностью оборудованная кухня, т.е. условия проживания максимально приближенны к домашним - то что нужно нашей семье. мы остались очень довольны проведенным отпуском!
